Responsibilities may include but are not limited to registration management, venue liaison, vendor management and post event analysis and reporting.
PARTIESParty Promises plans and coordinates children and youth birthday celebrations. Offering includes set-up, facilitation of traditional games and activities, serving of cake, and clean-up. Additional enhancements include arts & crafts, costume character appearances and rental items.
FUN DAY ACTIVITYHosting an unique special event such as a youth basketball tournament, back to school expo, talent showcase or community fun day? Do you need assistance putting all the pieces together? We can provide you with the coordination support you need from location sourcing, talent / vendor sourcing, participate administration, etc. Special event productions are typically 4+ hour events which have varied requirements for execution of the event.
ETIQUETTE WORKSHOPSDo you have a message to deliver to the children and youth in your community? We can assist you in executing your mission by managing all secondary and tertiary details while you focus on the primary (your message).
