When do we meet?Once a month on a Friday morning between 10.00am and 12 noon at the Child Development Centre (CDC).

Who can attend?Parents/carers and their children with Downs Syndrome, from newborn until they start school. Brothers and sisters are very welcome.

What do we offer?Parent/carers are given the opportunity to meet regularly and practical advice and friendly support is provided.

Play activities are organised by a team of nurses and nursery nurses. These include art and crafts, freeplay, music and singing and multi sensory play (in the Snoezelen room).

We organise a speaker on a relevant topic during some sessions. You could request information on particular areas of interest and we would provide details of dates and planned activities.
