The Chief Revenue Officer is responsible for all strategy and results within the Sales, Marketing and Professional Service teams. This person will also need to be strong in selling, leading, and building successful sales teams. Responsibilities: Develop strategy, process and best practices to maintain and grow revenue at a desired growth rate of 40% year over year. Pave the way in building the first sales strategy within Revel and build out a team to support it Drive fast paced growth and change within the organization to achieve results while living the Revel values Build and develop Sales, Marketing and Professional Service departments that can scale while delivering excellence Leads with data, and driven by results with an emphasis on building relationships within the industry Work with VP of Marketing to develop marketing strategy and goals Find and secure vendors and partners to assist with initiatives and project based work Develop a revenue model within the Professional Services division to ensure repeatable projects are being pushed to product or generate revenue Hire and develop members of the team and continue to mentor and grow the team from within Headquartered in Minneapolis, MN – open to relocation or commuter. Travel required (approximately 50%) Success Factors: Understand the healthcare industry, particularly companies that bear risk for the health of their members/patients/employees and have access, insight and connections to decision-makers across the industry Experience with fast paced, high growth tech environments

Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree • 15+ years in sales and marketing leadership within healthcare technology organizations • Strong communication, leadership and mentorship skills
