The Chicagoland Shetland Sheepdog Club has no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the Purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when Required. 1. This sweepstakes is open to all Shetland Sheepdogs who, on the day of the show, will be at least six (6) months and under eighteen (18) months of age. No champions of record may be entered in Sweepstakes.

2. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE ENTERED IN A REGULAR CLASS AT THE REGULAR FEE. “Sweepstakes” must be indicated on the entry form in

the space provided for “Additional Classes”.

Joe Ferraro 1960-2015

When I reflect on Joe’s Life I realize what an incredibly generous man he was. He gave so much of his time to his family, friends and organizations. Joe was a Sheet Metal Worker by trade and was very proud of his work. I must say his knowledge came in handy for the many people who benefited from it. He was seen at most Chicagoland shows setting up plastic or just pitching in wherever needed he enjoyed being a part of all the activity. Joe enjoyed the dogs most as puppies. He held each puppy in his lap or on his chest while he watched hockey or football. He was always willing to help with ears or shots, packing the car with me for dog shows. His loss is a reminder that life is precious and holds no promises, it may seem cliché’ but love often, appreciate the quiet moments spent with those you love, never forget to say I Love You even in those moments where it seems impossible, for it may be the last words spoken.
