STEP3–ATTACHTHECHEVRONSSand,paintorstain,andfinishasdesired.Besuretouseanexterior-gradefinishtoprotecttheplanterfrommoisture.Oncedry,filltheplanterwiththesoilofyourchoice,coverwithlandscapefabric,andstaplepoultrywireontop.Next,measure,mark,andcut1x2chevrons,miteringendsat45ºangles.Thesemeasurementsareonlyestimates–Irecommendholdingtheboardsinplace,marking,andcuttingtofit.Sandandfinishchevronpiecesbeforeattaching.Attachchevronstotheboxwith1¼-inchbradnailsandwoodglue.Youmayneedtotoenailafewjointsaswell.Attachhanginghardwaretotheback,fillwithplants,andenjoy!
