This year marks the 20th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Hong

Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Under “One Country, Two

Systems”, Hong Kong has continued to participate in the Olympic Games

and other international competitions in the name of “Hong Kong, China”.

Apart from this, Hong Kong is also given the opportunities to participate

in competitions of different levels organised in the Mainland. From the

highest level of National Games to the Sunshine Sports Games targeting at

encouraging participation of young people, Hong Kong athletes are seen in all

these Games.

Since the establishment of the HKSAR, we have signed with the Mainland

China a number of agreements or memoranda on sports, such as the “Hong

Kong and State Sports General Administration of China Sports Exchange and

Co-operation Agreement” signed in 2004 and the “Hong Kong and Yunnan

Sports Bureau Sports Exchange and Co-operation Memorandum” signed in

2005, to name but a few. In addition, Hong Kong organised with numerous

Mainland cities various sports exchange activities to further reinforce the

relationship between Hong Kong and Mainland.

In the training of elite athletes, Hong Kong has been collaborating closely

with the Mainland counterparts on athlete training, coach training and

sports science knowledge exchange for many years, all of which has played

important roles in enhancing the level of Hong Kong athletes.

To sum up the experience over the past two decades, exchanges with the

Mainland have created positive impact on the development of sports in Hong

Kong. We must continue to make good use of this advantage to facilitate

our athletes scaling new heights in the international sports world.

今年是香港回歸祖國二十周年。在「一國兩

制」下，香港除了以「中國香港」名義繼續

參加奧林匹克運動會及其他國際比賽，更有

機會參加國家不同級別的賽事，由最高級別

的全國運動會以至鼓勵青少年參與體育的陽

光體育大會，均見到香港運動員的踪影。

自回歸以來，香港與內地在體育方面簽署了

多份協議書或備忘錄，例如在二零零四年簽

署的「香港特區民政事務局與國家體育總局

體育交流與合作協議」和在二零零五年簽署

的「滇港體育交流與合作備忘」。此外，香

港與內地多個城市合辦不同類型的體育交流

活動，進一步強化香港與內地的關係。

在培訓精英運動員方面，香港多年來與內地

相關單位就運動員訓練、教練培訓和運動科

學知識交流等一直緊密合作，對提升香港運

動員水平產生重要作用。

總結過去二十年的經驗，與內地進行交流合

作對香港的體育發展起著積極的作用。我們

必須繼續好好把握這個優勢，協助香港健兒

在國際體壇再創高峯。

This issue of our newsletter is dedicated to commemorating 20 years of our

Sports Federation and Olympic Committee and recalling the tremendous

strides we have taken since as a sports and community movement.

Two decades ago we celebrated the dawn of a new era by returning to the

fold of our motherland. However in a way we have never left it because we

have always felt bound to its developments, trials and triumphs. Sports were

among the means by which we engaged our mainland counterparts who never

failed to encourage and aid us in fashioning an athletic identity of our own.

It is therefore hardly surprising then that Mainland China agreed to our retaining

a separate sporting status under the auspices of the International Olympic

Committee but also, as a testament of good will, furnished our athletes with its

expertise and involved them in training when needed as we sought to upgrade

our local facilities and amenities.

We have succeeded in persuading the public and convincing the authorities

to give our athletes the support, material and moral, required to advance in an

array of sports, both traditional and the modern, resulting in our sportsmen and

women becoming contenders and champions.

We have managed to foster in Hong Kong a sporting culture, vibrant, inclusive

and expanding, that has seen many young people of talent and sterling character

focus forcefully so as to excel in the pursuits that they love and earn in return

the accolade and affection of our people who applaud our homegrown heroes.

This is a time to reflect and revel as well as to reinvigorate our sporting cause,

as complacency is inimical to continuous progress and alien to our sporting

philosophy. We have done much over the past 20 years but much more is still

left to do as we cannot be complacent even as we share a toast....

子，今期《奧訊》藉此紀念港協暨奧委會

在過去20年的工作，以及香港體壇取得的

美滿成績。

20年前，我們迎接一個嶄新的、更美好

的，回歸祖國的大日子，雖然面對主權移

交，但藉著體育發展我們一直與國家連繫

著，一同嘗試、經歷成功和喜悅的時刻。

令人欣喜的是，回歸後我們得以在國際奧

委會保留獨立會員身份參賽的同時，亦獲

得國家為香港運動員提供專業的知識及協

助，大大提升我們的水平。同時，香港市

民與體育總會對運動員的支持和鼓勵，亦

令我們在體壇發展中不斷進步，於世界各

地賽事取得美好成績。

多年來，我們一直致力培育香港的體育文

化和發展，讓更多有潛質的年青人愛上運

動並投身體育事業，為香港爭取榮譽且成

為我們的驕傲。在這個充滿紀念性的時

刻，讓我們一同回味和檢視過去取得的成

績，但同時不可滿足於此，正如在過去20

年我們不斷的努力和付出，未來日子將有

更多工作和目標等著我們去努力和實現。

現年20歲的張家朗小學時喜愛打籃球，但某年暑假父親為他尋找其他

課外活動，讓他與劍擊結緣。「與籃球相比，劍擊相對牽涉更多策略

及要更加『用腦』，我喜歡這種鬥智鬥力的運動。」劍擊為家朗帶來

獎牌及滿足感，亦給予他往海外作賽、見識世界的機會，漸漸在劍壇

上打出名堂，家朗先後成為世少、世青及亞洲冠軍，現在更全力挑戰

世界賽獎牌。不過千里馬也要伯樂悉心栽培，家朗能有今天的成就，

亦全賴恩師汪教練的指導。

汪教練 : 深港兩邊走17年 孕育香港劍神

「汪教練給我的印象是『好惡』，從一開始就有這種感覺，單是他的

表情已讓我覺得應該不易跟他溝通。不過相處久了就發現他其實不是

這樣，而且他很風趣，很細心、很照顧運動員。」張家朗笑說，「但

我也很感謝汪教練，還有其他教練，因為自己是個挺麻煩的人，經常

發脾氣，但他們總不厭其煩地教導我。」年輕劍客亦需有強大後盾，

讓他可以放膽往前衝。

予人印象「好惡」的汪教練來自南京，是劍壇上典型的打而優則教，

退役後當過國家隊及江蘇隊教練，2000年被邀來港指導花劍隊。由於

起初只打算留一、兩年，因此每天從深圳居所來港指導，如此來來回

回，一眨眼卻已度過17個年頭，他說：「當時香港運動員水平較低，

港隊出賽基本上第一輪就被淘汰，有見及此，我主要是為支持香港，

希望透過自身經驗提高劍手水平，相信通過大家的努力，應該會有一

點改變。說實話，起初不敢把目標定得太高，只想在原來的基礎上提

升。」

香港劍擊隊近年成績大躍進，尤以男子花劍的「少年劍神」張家朗屢

創佳績。花劍隊的進步除了運動員努力外，還有賴幕後功臣汪昌永教

練，孕育了回歸後土生土長的「90後」年輕劍手在體壇發光發熱。

汪教練來港第一件做的事，是把內地經驗，與本地運動文化結合。

「內地運動員都是全職，但香港劍手起初只是業餘，只能在工餘時訓

練。我把自己的經驗傳授，讓運動員多些參加國際比賽，每年亦安排

到內地水平較高的江蘇集訓及交流。」這結合中港兩地訓練方式的訓

練模式，漸漸成效。

家朗︰內地逼住練 香港靠科技

自2014年加入港隊，家朗亦曾到內地集訓，他認為港隊的訓練模式有

其特點與優勢：「內地給我的感覺是『逼』出來，打個比喻，只要你

跑100個圈就會練好體能。但香港不同，可能在資源上較有優勢，會涉

及運動科學，還會偶爾為我們抽血分析。」

帶領男花港隊17年，汪教練笑言指導過4代人，最新一批便是以家朗為

主。提及愛徒，他亦讚不絕口：「家朗身體條件有利，身高手長、左

手持劍、對劍擊感覺很好，教練遇到這樣的運動員應該會很開心吧！

他雖然年輕，但懂道理，即使有點個性及小脾氣，但這沒關係，只要

肯改善，運動員最重要是不斷進步。」

香港劍擊隊從接近零開始，到現在與國際水平拉近、具備爭冠能力，

汪教練的努力總算收到成效。時至今日，張家朗除劍指世界賽、奧運

舞台，希望打出成績外，亦冀盼著與汪教練一同為男花團體爭取站在

世界最高的頒獎台上。

Cheung Ka Long, the young foil fencer with Wang Changyong,the heroic force behind him, aim to bring the Men’s Foil to the world fencing podiumThe achievements of Cheung Ka Long in world junior fencing was a big stride for the Hong Kong Fencing Team. This significant progress is the result of tapping mainland talents and experience by Wang Changyong and his team colleagues to raise up young fencers to shine on the world stage.

Ka Long grew up playing basketball until his father encouraged him to take up fencing over a summer. ”Compared to basketball, fencing is about tactics and brains. I love the sport. It requires both body and mind,” the 20 year-old Asian Champion says. The sport didn’t just bring Ka Long medals and satisfaction but also opened up his eyes during his travels and competitions overseas. From Asian Junior Champion to World Junior Champion, Ka Long is one step closer to the world title. His success would not have come without his coach Wang Changyong’s great efforts and encouragement.

Many young athletes think Coach Wang has a fierce and intimidating look. Ka Long recalled his first impression about him and said, “When I first met him, I thought that he was not easy to communicate with. However, after I got to know him, I found that he’s actually a caring person and fun to hang out with. I have something of a bad temper and therefore I am totally grateful to my coaches, especially Coach Wang, who are always very patient with me.”

Coach Wang, the former Chinese National team and Jiangsu

team coach, came to Hong Kong as the foil team coach in 2000. He didn’t plan to spend a long time in Hong Kong, but has since travelled from his home in Shenzhen every day for 17 years to coach the Hong Kong team.

Hong Kong’s fencing team was an amateur team then, with no fulltime athletes and were almost always eliminated in the first round of competitions. Coach Wang used his experience from the Mainland to invigorate Hong Kong’s sports culture, arrange training camps in Jiangsu where the fencing standard is high, and encourage the team to compete in international competitions. Coach Wang said, “to be honest, I did not dare to set too high expectation at the beginning, but to simply hope to raise the standard slightly higher.”

Coach Wang has great expectations for his protégé Ka Long, who is the leading light for the new fencing generation. Coach Wang says, “Ka Long has a good sense in fencing. He is tall, left-handed and his arms are long, the criteria every coach wishes their fencing athletes possess.’

With the effort of Coach Wang, Hong Kong's fencing team have brought about championship potential on the world stage. Ka Long aims to participate in the World Championships and Olympic Games, together with Coach Wang and the Men’s foil team to make a big leap forward - to set foot on the highest award podium in the world.

武術源遠流長、博大精深，被稱為中華民族的「國

粹」，可見於數千年文化中有著舉足輕重的地位。隨時

間演變，從昔日比武格鬥至今成為體育競技項目，武術

在香港這個國際大都會亦有著全新演繹，更聯繫了兩代

武術人—大師姐耿曉靈及小師妹楊子瑩。

「武癡」楊子瑩︰8歲習武最愛舞刀

年僅14歲的楊子瑩受到當武術特技導演的父親影響，自小已被武術動作

吸引，8歲時主動參加武術班，後來透過選拔加入港隊訓練。嬌滴滴的

小妮子，偏偏最愛長拳類的刀術，「因為刀有好威猛的氣勢！刀如猛虎

嘛！」在黃志光教練及羅雅菁教練的指導下，楊子瑩越見進步，去年更

在保加利亞勇奪世界青少年武術錦標賽刀術金牌及長拳銀牌，繼而當選

為2016年度香港傑出運動員選舉中的傑出青少年運動員。

風光背後，楊子瑩亦曾遇挫折，去年世界賽前傷及大腿要動手術，第二

天便立即出院投入訓練，憑著意志及毅力克服傷患。兩面獎牌除了肯定

楊子瑩的努力，還有賴耿曉靈在旁鼓勵。面對這位港隊大師姐，小師妹

除了敬佩，還視之為偶像及學習對象：「初初入隊時對武術的知識不是

太多，只有看隊內的哥哥姐姐打套路，看見曉靈姐姐努力訓練，很欣賞

她的風格，就算比賽取得成績亦不會囂張，很欣賞這份態度。」

來自山東的耿曉靈亦是少時集武，後來成為山東省武術代表，出戰過全

運會，2005年受香港武術聯會邀請來港發展。耿曉靈除當上全職運動員

外，亦透過自身的經驗結合香港及內地的訓練模式為港隊擦出新火花，

提高香港運動員水平：「當時香港的武術運動員水平與內地有一定差

距，我就把內地訓練模式的優點帶來這裡，比如根基訓練，讓香港運動

員基礎功底打得更紮實。」

結合中港訓練精髓 培育武術新一代但凡運動發展都離不開青訓，香港年輕人過往曾被評為不能吃苦的「港

孩」，兩屆亞運獎牌得主耿曉靈亦為年輕運動員不值：「香港運動員的

條件非常好，腦袋聰明、身體質素好，但對比內地，香港小孩未必太能

吃苦、容易放棄。」雖然如此，她仍然讚揚幾位現役港青成員質素不

錯，願意吃苦耐勞，其中一個就是被她稱為「武癡」的楊子瑩。

笑言自己只是隊中「大姐姐」的耿曉靈樂於與好學的子瑩交流，把內地

訓練的精髓及比賽經驗傳授給她。提及國內及香港的訓練，楊子瑩指：

「有時在暑假亦會隨港隊到內地集訓，因內地的運動員都是全職，不用

兼顧學業，雖然強度更高，但相對專注，也有更多時間休息。」這樣的

訓練模式雖然艱苦，但對「武癡」而言卻有如在天堂，不過香港的訓練

並非單純「照辦煮碗」，反而把內地的優勢與本地環境融合，創出獨一

無二的武術文化。

昔日香港武術水平走在內地之後，要倚靠人才引進提升水平。然而經過

本地及內地幾代武術人多年的努力與交流，香港武術運動發展越見進步

及成果。剛成為教練的耿曉靈，將致力培育香港青年武術運動員成為世

界冠軍，並期望把中國武術推廣至國際；楊子瑩則力求進步，盼望將來

在世界賽上打出水平，為港爭奪獎牌。

Hong Kong’s performance in Wushu has been boosted by the talent exchange with Mainland China during the past decade. It also reflects a close relationship between Geng Xiaoling and Michelle Yeung, representing generations of mainland talents and young local athletes.

14-year-old Michelle Yeung, a super Gong Fu fan who was influenced by her father, a martial arts stunt director, started her Wushu training at the age of 8. She loves the ferocious momentum of Daoshu and Chang Quan. Under coaches Wong Chi Kwong and Lo Nga Ching, she won a gold and silver in Daoshu (Broadsword) and Chang Quan (Long Fist) in the World Junior Wushu Championships in Bulgaria as well as being one of the Hong Kong Junior Sports Stars Awardees in 2016.

When Michelle first joined the Hong Kong Wushu team, she observed the senior athletes during practice and was impressed by Geng Xiaoling’s dedication to the sport. Geng, then becomes her role model and idol. Michelle says, ”Geng is very persistent and humble even with her significant achievements. I would love to learn from her.”

Geng, the 2-time Asian Games medalist, was raised in a rich Chinese Martial Arts culture in Shandong, China. With her performance at the All China Games representing Shandong, she was invited to join the Hong Kong team in 2005. She was willing, as a top athlete, to assist in integrating both Hong Kong and Mainland’s training methods to enhance the Hong Kong athletes’ basic talents in order to raise the standard of the Hong Kong Wushu team.

“Hong Kong young athletes are smart and have a good physique.” Geng said. “However, some of them showed a lack of determination and would give up easily when the training got tough. Michelle is one of the exceptional cases among the young generation.” Michelle enjoys training with the mainland athletes in summer training camps as they are all full-time and the level of training is intense.

Through the efforts and exchanges of different generations of local and mainland athletes, the development of Hong Kong Wushu has made huge progress. Geng’s prospect is to nurture the young Hong Kong athletes to raise the next world champion as well as promoting Wushu worldwide.

The 5th Asian Indoor & Martial Arts Games will be held in Ashgabat,

Turkmenistan from 17 to 27 September 2017. The Hong Kong, China

Delegation, led by Chef de Mission Ms. Vivien C.C. Lau, BBS, JP and Deputy

Chef de Mission Mr. Herman Hu, SBS, JP with around 180 members will

participate in the Games to compete in 10 sports. A Flag Presentation

Ceremony will be held to send off the delegation with warm wishes of

their great success in the Games on 5 September 2017. For details,

作為香港一年一度體育盛事的體育節，今年踏入60周年，同時亦

成為香港特別行政區成立二十周年的慶祝活動之一，閉幕典禮更

有幸邀得港協暨奧委會會長霍震霆先生GBS, JP、三星電子香港有

限公司電訊及資訊科技產品部業務副總裁趙依音女士、康文署副

署長（康樂事務）范偉明先生JP、港協暨奧委會義務秘書長王敏

超先生JP、體育節籌備委員會主席郭志樑先生MH及副主席湯徫掄

先生BBS, JP一同主持。體育節大使伍家朗先生(羽毛球運動員)、陳

振興先生(前單車運動員)及胡凱欣小姐(泰拳運動員)亦獲邀出席，

共襄盛事。

嘉年華期間同時舉辦「全民運動」攝影

比賽，鼓勵市民參與運動時一同捕捉

精彩時刻，比賽收到超過800張參賽作

品，得獎者可獲得由三星電子香港有限

超過二萬五千人次參與

多個港協暨奧委會轄下體育總會亦攜手

協辦運動試玩攤位和示範表演，大會亦

安排了瑜伽及體能鍛鍊體驗班和攤位遊

戲。而籃球、乒乓及十項體能三項小型

賽事亦在嘉年華期間進行，勝出者均獲

豐富禮品。大會更舉行了五輪幸運大抽

獎，送出總值超過17 萬港元獎品(推廣

將歡樂氣氛推向高峰。而一連兩日活動

吸引超過二萬五千人次參與。

港協暨奧委會由1987年開始，每年6月下旬均會舉辦

奧運日來慶祝國際奧委會成立。活動主禮嘉賓包括

港協暨奧委會會長霍震霆先生GBS, JP、康樂及文化事

務署署長李美嫦女士JP及三星電子香港有限公司電訊

及資訊科技產品部業務副總裁趙依音女士。此外，

今年奧運日以嶄新活動形式宣揚奧林匹克精神，在海

洋公園園區開放前活動包括奧運歡樂歷奇（定向活

動）及其後的親子歡樂跑。活動除了得到市民踴躍參

與外，工商機構、各體育總會、政府部門及贊助商亦

身體力行一共派出108隊參加。其後，2017奧運日活

動典禮於海洋劇場舉行，奧運精英包括李婉賢小姐(賽

艇運動員)、歐鎧淳及江忞懿小姐(游泳運動員)，鄭俊

樑先生(滑浪風帆運動員)亦到場分享做運動心得。楊

文蔚小姐(田徑運動員)更於「海洋奇遇」表演中與海

獅互動。

為了讓更多市民一同實踐奧運日主題「掀動、學習、

體驗」，大會更於園內加入遊戲攤位、運動試玩等嘉

年華元素，讓入場人士體驗新的運動和在遊戲中學習

更多奧運知識。下午時間大會亦安排了單車球、花式

足球及滑板示範，節目十分豐富。適逢父親節，2017

奧運日亦讓參加者與家人好友一同親臨海洋公園，共

度健康又愉快的一天。

MCOHL received Gold Award recognizes its Environmental ExcellenceThe Environmental Campaign Committee (ECC) bestowed the Gold Award (SMEs – Servicing Industry) of the 2016 Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence on the Management Company of Olympic House Limited (MCOHL) to recognize its outstanding performance and efforts in promoting green practice and management. Mr. Ronnie M.C. Wong JP, Director and Secretary of MCOHL received the trophy from The Hon. C. Y. Leung GBM, JP, the then Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in the Awards Presentation Ceremony on 4 May 2017. On same occasion, MCOHL was also benchmarked as a “Hong Kong Green Organization” by the ECC in recognition of its significant efforts and commitments to the environment up to 30 June 2018.

運動員在國際綜合運動會和世界/亞洲錦標賽中為香港取得優異成

績。「港協暨奧委會獎勵計劃及青少年獎勵計劃2016」的頒獎儀式

於2017年6月8日假奧運大樓舉行，由港協暨奧委會會長霍震霆先生

GBS,JP與會員事務委員會主席郭志樑先生MH主禮，香港體育學院

主席林大輝博士SBS,JP出席及擔任頒獎嘉賓。41個體育總會共獲取

2016年度之獎勵計劃及青少年獎勵計劃總獎金金額為港幣2,003,454

元，其中獎勵計劃獎金總數為港幣1,355,064元，青少年獎勵計劃獎

金為港幣648,390元，總額為為歷年之冠。

2017 Olympism Camp

Olympism Education Programme (OEP)

The 20th National Olympic Academy Session for Young Participants, Malaysia

SF&OC has organized different camps for elite athletes and students separately since 2013 with the aim of delivering Olympism and Olympic Values to the participants. This year, was the first camp designed for both Hong Kong elite athletes and secondary school students. A 3-day programme was successfully held on 19-21 July 2017 at Tai Tam Scout Centre. A total of 48 participants were nominated from 6 elite sports and 15 participating schools as part of the Olympism Education Programme and Sports Legacy Scheme. All participants were divided into 4 groups to experience the theme of “Olympic Journey”.

With effect from 1 April 2017, the “Sports Education on Olympism Programme for the Community” was renamed as “Olympism Education Programme” (OEP). In order to enrich the programme content, interactive games have been added. The OEP not only provides substantial information about Olympism and the development of Hong Kong sport, but also allows the community to understand the importance of sports. Schools and community organizations are cordially invited to participate in the OEP which is free of charge.

Retired table tennis athlete, Ms. Poon Chong Mei was selected to represent SF&OC to participate in the 20th National Olympic Academy Session for Young Participants from 27 February to 3 March 2017 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Session covered friendship, respect, joy of effort and fair play through lectures, group

discussions, presentations and sports activities during the

5-day programme.

EF Englishtown透過港協暨奧委會轄下香港運動員就業及教育計劃，

贊助總值逾港幣一千萬元的「綜合英語課程」予有意進修英語的運

動員，藉此幫助他們提升英語能力，為將來退役轉型作最佳準備，

計劃推出至今已成功贊助超過200名運動員。

五位現正修讀課程的運動員代表應EF Englishtown邀請，出席於6月

24日舉行的「Hong Kongers Support Hong Kong Athletes – 香港人撐

香港運動員」發佈會。當中包括郭灝霆(單車)、耿曉靈(武術)、梁金

輝(足球)、馬文心(空手道)以及吳凱樂(龍舟)，一同分享運動員學習

英語的心得和挑戰，介紹運動項目的英語詞彙，並即席示範相關運

動技巧，提升大眾對英語學習的重要性。

港協暨奧委會義務秘書長王敏超先生JP致辭時表示：「非常感謝

EF Englishtown 給予香港現役或退役運動員持續免費進修英語的機

會，提供一個24小時的網上學習英語平台，讓經常忙於訓練及比賽

的運動員，可善用空餘時間進修英語，迅速有效地提升英語會話能

力，為退役轉型作最佳準備。」

「世界運動禁藥機構」(WADA)在2016年雖然面對前所未有的嚴峻考驗，但同時亦獲得了團結全球力量以維護公平競賽的契機，在今年3月

破紀錄地獲超過740位環球代表匯聚瑞士洛桑，出席「WADA 2017年度會議」，而「香港運動禁藥委員會」亦有派員與會。

為期三天的年度會議主題為「迎接禁藥挑戰 Ÿ 締造純潔未來」。透過不同環節，WADA向所有與會代表闡述以下方向重點：

˙WADA已加強監察所有與運動禁藥管制相關的機構及組織，確保「世界運動禁藥法規」(World Anti-Doping Code)能確徹執行。

˙Speak Up! 一個專為舉報「違反運動禁藥管制規條」(Anti-Doping Rule Violations)而設的平台經已推出，以便舉報人士能在安全情況下向

WADA提供相關資料。

˙所有與運動禁藥管制相關的機構及組織，包括各地政府必須聯手，向「運動零禁藥」的共同目標進發。

「香港運動禁藥委員會」將繼續緊貼國際步伐，聯手締造一個無運動禁藥的比賽環境，促進公平競賽。

由香港旅遊發展局主辦、中國香港龍舟總會合辦的「建行(亞洲)香港國際龍舟邀請賽」於今年6月2日至4日

於維多利亞港及中環海濱舉行。

參與的國際龍舟隊伍和總健兒數目更是歷年之最，集12國家及地區逾5,000名健兒參與賽事，包括116支來自

香港，及48支來自內地及海外的國際隊伍。

今屆「建行(亞洲)香港國際龍舟邀請賽」是香港特別行政區成立二十周年的慶祝活動之一，特設「香港特別

Hong Kong Gymnastics For All Festival 2017 was successfully held on 28 May 2017 at Queen Elizabeth Stadium. It was one of our most spectacular annual events where all participants had an enjoyable day at the Stadium. This year’s Festival attracted a total of 47 teams from kindergartens, primary schools and gymnastics clubs. All 2,900 seats in the Stadium were filled with performers and audience.

To celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Establishment of the HKSAR by bringing the spectator nature of Gymnastics For All to the society, we had the honor to invite two GFA teams from Japan to compete during the Festival. Mr. Araki Tatsuo, the GFA Committee President of Asian Gymnastics Union, presented prizes to the awardees.

The Gymnastics For All Team from Japan was invited to perform in the event and was highly regarded by the audience.

The 2017 Asian Open Figure Skating Trophy is the highest figure skating level annual competition held in Asia that is sanctioned by the International Skating Union. Top skaters from over 10 Asian countries/regions will assemble in Hong Kong to compete for the highest honours at this event, to be held from 2 to 5 August 2017 at Mega Ice, MegaBox, Kowloon Bay. Organized by the Hong Kong, China Rowing Association (HKCRA), subvented by the Home Affairs Bureau (Arts & Sport Development Fund), the accredited event for the Celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the Establishment of the HKSAR, the International Master Regatta 2017 was concluded successfully at the Shing Mun River Regatta Course on 23 April!

To encourage and promote rowing as a life-long sport, the HKCRA organized the International Masters Rowing Regatta for those rowers who had attained the age of 27 or above. The race distance is 1000m. Masters rowing events are divided into 6 categories ranging from

A to F for the minimum aged of 27 years in category A to an average age 60 years or more in category F.

This year, there were participants from Mainland China, USA, The Czech Republic and Singapore. The oldest male rower is from the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club (RHKYC), Mr David Sorton, who is now aged 67, took part in Men’s Masters Doubles event (Category F). The oldest female rower was Ms Voegtie Cordula, also from RHKYC, aged 54, who took part in the Women’s Masters Doubles event (Category D). Info at www.rowing.org.hk

「BISFed亞洲及大洋洲硬地滾球錦標賽2017—香

港」，於2017年5月21日至28日假馬鞍山體育館

舉行，共有來自11個國家及地區超過160名運動

員、教練及隨隊職員參賽。

香港隊派出10位運動員出戰賽事，其中梁育

榮、劉慧茵及黃君恒在BC4級雙人賽決賽以3比

2險勝韓國隊，順利取得一面金牌。此外，何宛

淇在BC3級個人賽勇奪亞軍，並連同隊友曾鈴

茵及謝德樺在同級雙人賽添銀。港隊終以一金

兩銀完成賽事，三個得獎項目更取得明年英國

香港滑翔傘協會於7月8日派出四男一女香港代表參加

由台灣舉辦的2017飛行傘國際邀請賽(精準降落項目)，

是次比賽為國際航空聯盟(FAI)認可的「國際二類」等

級賽事，吸引來自台灣、香港、新加坡及韓國等地，

共40名選手參加。最後香港滑翔傘定點代表隊的任智

偉及張玉華分別奪得男子組的第三名及女子組的第二

名，取得在國際賽歷史中的最好成績。

「2017姚基金慈善賽」於年7月29日至31日在港舉行一系列活動，包括籃球嘉年華、公益論壇、籃球賽、學

校探訪、慈善高爾夫球賽及慈善晚宴。籃球賽事則於7月30日晚在香港體育館舉行，由姚基金邀請美國職業

男子籃球Nike星銳隊及中國男子籃球明星隊進行比賽。香港籃球員羅意庭與惠龍兒亦加入中國男子籃球明星

隊作賽，互相切磋。當晚賽事亦由中港兩地電視台體育頻道作全國直播，成為香港體壇一大盛事。

姚基金希望透過一連串的慈善及籃球活動，為港青少年創造更多的機會和平台去展現自己，並學習感受體育

精神和團體合作。是次活動收入在扣除開支後，全數撥作慈善用途，亦為慶祝香港特別行政區成立二十周年

活動之一，由姚基金、中國青少年發展基金會及中國籃球協會主辦，南華體育會承辦，並獲民政事務局、香

港籃球總會、香港體育記者協會、多家體育機構等支持。

Athletes gained valuable opportunities to enhance their skills and enrich their competition experience. Yim Ching Hei attained his personal best and achieved a gold medal in 400M (T20) (Youth Challenge -U18) while Tang Nikki also attained his personal best to break the Hong Kong Record for persons with Intellectual Disability, achieving 4th place in Long Jump (T20). 香港女子壁球手陳浩鈴於世界運動會中

創出佳績，歷史性贏得首枚銀牌完滿結

束今屆賽事之旅。

世界排名第19位的陳浩鈴先於四強賽

事中與前世界第一兼三屆金牌得主，馬

來西亞的妮高激戰五局後，反勝對手首

度晉級決賽。雖於其後的女子決賽中，

迎戰頭號種籽及現時世界排名第三法

國的沙美伊未能取得優勢，以直落三盤

4-11，3-11及4-11惜敗，但仍為香港於世

界運動會上取得首面壁球項目的獎Ÿ牌。

陳浩鈴表示今屆世界運動會是一次難忘

的經驗，很高興過往難苦的訓練終有成

果，並十分滿意自己今屆的整體表現。

T h e 1 7 t h A s i a n S c h o o l T e n p i n B o w l i n g Championships was successfully held from 30 April to 6 May 2017 in the South China Athletic Association Bowling Centre. This is an accredited event of the HKSAR’s celebration of the “20th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region”. A total of 56 bowlers and 22 officials from 6 Asian countries and territories took part in this Championships.

In the first event of the Championships, Boys Singles, Hong Kong Alex Yu attained a silver medal. The following day, Ivan Tse and Alex Yu captured the first Gold for Hong Kong in the Boys Doubles Event. These two Hong Kong participants, together with their teammates Nicolas-Michel Breant and Owen Ip then clinched the second silver medal for Hong Kong in the 4-person Team Event. In the Boys All Event, Gold medalist Ivan Tse won the third silver medal for Hong Kong.

In the Boys Masters, Ivan Tse made a huge score of 3829 in 8 games, topping the Boys Masters standings and advanced to the Stepladder Final. In the playoff between Ivan and Kuwait’s Mostafa Almousawi, the challenger who beat the third position athlete, lost by 402-477 over two games but captured the fourth Silver Medal for Hong Kong.

The Asian School Tenpin Bowling Championships, an official championship of ABF is conducted every year. This was the fifth time the Championships was held in Hong Kong. Hong Kong hosted the event in 2015, but unfortunately last year there was no host for the Championships. Therefore Hong Kong was requested by the President of ABF to host the 2016 Asian School Championships in the early part of this year. The 2017 Asian School Tenpin Bowling Championships will be held in Kuching, Malaysia in November. Info at asianschool2017.com.

「世界乒乓球錦標賽2017」於5月29日至6月5日在德

國杜爾塞多夫舉辦，香港派出10名運動員出戰男女子

單打、雙打及混雙項目。是次賽事吸引了107個國家

及地區共585位球員參加，Ÿ競爭十分激烈。

黃鎮廷夥拍杜凱琹除連續兩屆贏得混雙銅牌外，港隊

於三個項目包括男單黃鎮廷、男雙黃鎮廷/何鈞傑及女

雙杜凱琹/李皓晴皆打入8強，其他兩位世乒賽新丁吳

柏男、蘇慧音亦在單打殺入32強，成績令人欣喜。

世錦賽舉行期間，香港乒乓總會獲國際乒乓球聯合會

於周年大會上頒發以下兩個大獎，以嘉許香港乒總於

2016年度舉辦國際賽事的卓越成就。

香港首次參加上海舉行的第8屆全國運動會，單車選手黃金寶為香港取得回歸祖國後的全國運動會第一金。

港協暨奧委會獲選為多哈亞運火炬接力跑十五站的其中一站，使亞運聖火首次途經香港。

港協暨奧委會接辦香港傑出運動員選舉，以表揚運動員的成績及推廣體育精神。

在港協暨奧委會積極與各方斡旋下，香港運動員在97回歸後可繼續以「中國香港」名稱的獨立身份參與國際性比賽，使香港的體育發展得以邁向新一頁

香港運動員首次以「中國香港」參加澳洲悉尼第27屆奧運會。

霍震霆成為港協暨奧委會第四任會長，並首次以「中國香港」名義參加曼谷第13屆亞運會，取得5金、6銀和6銅共17面獎牌。

1998

乒乓孖寶李靜和高禮澤在雅典奧運男子乒乓雙打項目中勇奪銀牌，亦是香港回歸後的首面奧運獎牌。

運動員就業及教育計劃」和「香港運動禁藥委員會」

成立，為運動員提供更完善服務。

國際奧委會會長羅格蒞臨香港，主

持位於香港公園的奧林匹克廣場和奧運大樓的揭幕儀式。本會更在奧運大樓設立獎牌榜，紀錄自1954年以

來，在國際綜合項目運動會獲得獎牌的香港運動員。

取被譽為含金量最重要的一面金牌。

響應國際奧委會號召，港協暨奧委會將奧運歡樂跑擴展為「奧運日暨奧運歡樂跑」，並於香港迪士尼樂園舉行。

在港協暨奧委會及各體育總會、民政事務局多方面努力下，香港特區政府終落實撥款興建啟德體育園，為香港體育發展寫下重要的里程。

港協暨奧委會，首辦體育節閉幕嘉年華，為已踏入六十周年致力推廣「全民運動」的大型體育活動，邁向新里程。

港協暨奧委會慶祝60周年鑽禧紀念，榮獲國際奧委會會長羅格伯爵（Count Jacques ROGGE）、副會長于再清先生及香港特別行政區民政事務局局長曾德成親臨致賀。

港協暨奧委會派出37名運動員參加里約2016奧運會。

港協暨奧委會表揚香港青年運動員在新加坡首屆青年奧運會獲取2面銀牌。
