ly to a point where the r..s.rsh lands adjacent to the creek reach

the highland, thence c~storly ;:lth the line bordering on the lnPds

of the New York Silicate Company to the Northeast corner of snid

lands, thence southwesterly and southernly borderin~ on said last

mentioned lands to the Public Road leading from Lyons Crook Wharf,

then~e easterly with said road to the lands of Robb H. Griffith,

thonce with the land of the said Griffith to the land of Carrio

Higgins, thence northerly with the xond of the said Carrie Higgins· i

to the place of beginning, containing two hundred seventy acres,

"Hickory Hill".
