All synthesized compounds are screened against prostate (PC3, DU145, and LnCaP), breast (MCF7 and MDA-MB-231), and pancreatic (PaCa2) cancer cell lines. One-Pot Synthesis and Anticancer Studies of 2-Arylamino-5-aryl-1,3,4-thiadia-zoles. — An expeditious one-pot synthesis of 1,3,4-thiadiazoles (III) is developed. All synthesized compounds are screened against prostate (PC3, DU145, and LnCaP), breast (MCF7 and MDA-MB-231), and pancreatic (PaCa2) cancer cell lines.
