SINTECO stems from over 30 years of experience in the field of compressed gas and liquid petroleum origin and halogenated derivatives products such as chlorine and fluorine. Our experience starts from the industry of gas propellants, passing through refrigerants and arriving to the gas / liquid blowing agents for plastics. The experience gained in the supply and application of these products has led to a specialization also in plant use and management of special gases and liquids. Our Business is divided in two sectors: CHEMICAL PRODUCTS DIVISION Special fluid gas: Refrigerant Gas, Aerosol Gas, Agent Foam Gas, Extinguishing Gas and special pure Gas. Sinteporite: A special Zeolite crystal (molecular sieve) with high performance used in different applications: Purification process air and gas, Isolation of the glass, Absorption of humidity. PLANTS ENGINEERING DIVISION Our Plant Engineering Office designs and build Plants for Chemical products gas or liquid (Flammable or Safety products) to use this products in Safety in Industrial applications. Our Engineering office project and install storage-tank system, pumping system and distribution to the users, aspiration and ventilation air plants in dangerous environments, Electrical and Electronic safety plant to connection on the Gas or Liquid plant, detector-safety plants. Our sectors of plants are: Aerosol spray – Refrigeration Home Appliances – Extrusion plastic materials foaming – Polyurethane foaming – Depuration LPG and other various projects.

REFRIGERATION PLANTS:

Sinteco S.r.l. designs and develops systems to Storage Tank, transfer product, pump and

inject Refrigerant Gas into cooling circuits

Gas-Refrigerants include:

R600a -R290a - R134a - R152a - R404a - R410a - R407c - R507 etc.

electronic control systems for safety features, management control panels for dangerous

and safe areas.

Sinteco S.r.l. designs and develops ventilation/exhaust systems for production departments

and the charging machine, and every safety feature required to work in a safe environment,

free of flammable/explosive gases.

Sinteco S.r.l. designs and develops systems to store and distribute Polyoil and Isocyanate

for foaming refrigerator Door/Mobile made of Polyurethane foam.

Cyclopentane / Cyclo-Isopentane / Pentane – systems to storage, transfer, pump and

distribute foaming agents to the foaming machines to realize the structure of refrigerators–

cold room.

PLASTICS EXTRUSION FOAM:

Sinteco S.r.l. designs and builds systems for the production of Extruded and Foamed

plastics, such as polyethylene pipes, foamed polystyrene insulation boards, polystyrene

trays, polyethylene profiles, polyethylene or polypropylene film, PVC foam.

System that included raw material Storage, Storage tank of foaming Agents Gas, transfer of

foaming Agents Gas (electrical Pump) low and high pressure, special pipe-line in according

with PED / ATEX European Law.

PURIFICATION LPG COSMETICAL GRADE

Sinteco Srl designs LPG Purification systems Cosmetical Grade, this plant remove smells

generated by sulphides in LPG Butane-propane-isobutane.

The purification system absorbs the molecules that generate the characteristic L.P.G. smell,

providing a completely odourless product.

Type of the Plants:

-PROFESSIONAL PLANT 2 Towers STD = (3.000 : 3.500Lt/hour)

All the equipment and valves are certificated for use LPG and Certificated CE (PED) and CE-

Atex Law for equipment near to flammable gas and Flammable/explosion Area.

This type of plant is more used in an Aerosol producer of Spray products :

Cosmetical, Hair Spray, Spray Paint , Insecticide and all aerosol products.
