CHEMIST LICENSURE EXAMINATION

RESULTS RELEASED IN TWO (2) WORKING DAYS

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 320 out of571 passedthe Chemist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Chemistry in Manila thisSeptember 2013.

The members of the Board of Chemistry are Ms. Adoracion P. Resurreccion,Chairman and Ms. Soledad S. Castaeda, Member.

The results were released in two (2) working days after the last day of examination.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Cards (ID) and Certificates ofRegistration will be on September 24 - 25, 2013 at the Registration Division. Those who willregister are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ngPropesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 1 piece passport size picture (coloredwith white background and complete nametag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1short brown envelope with name and profession and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2013-2016. Successful examinees shouldpersonally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in thesaid examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
