CHELSEA INDOOR/OUTDOOR RUG COLLECTION The Chelsea Rug Collection offers an artistic, durable and environmentally friendly product that is ideal for residential, hospitality and corporate spaces. The Chelsea Rug Collection is made from polyester fibers, which are intricately cut and layered by hand, then interlocked by a patented needle punching technique. The fibers are hand punched with a needle, much like the ancient art of felting to create a design. For additional strength, the fibers are needled to a base fabric and then coated with natural latex. Using the latest nanotechnology, an EPA approved antimicrobial finish permanently embeds silver particles in the material.
