Welcome to C.L.A.C.Classes for the everyday cook who wants to take their skill and knowledge to the next level. We offer day and eveningclasses for every skill level.
Our international cooking courses are designed for the student to explore the region of their choice. We offer culinarycourses about the cuisine of France, ItalySpain, and Japan
Courses start on the first of every month. Classes are three times a week for 30 days from 7-9 p.m. The cost of each course is $800

France: A cuisine that is the foundation for all classically trained chefs. We will explore the techniques of stock making, classic and contemporary sauces, advanced knife skills, and more.
Italy: The rustic and regional dishes of Italy. Learn how to make dishes such as creamy polenta and the perfect risotto. Learn the art of pasta making and delectable seafood dishes.
Spain: The country famous for its tapas. Create a tapas menu, make a refreshing gazpacho, construct paellas, and discover the variety of cured hams and chorizo sausages.
Japan: Discover umami, the fifth sense. This course will focus on Japanese cooking methods. Make sushi like a sushi chef. Create your own savoury gyozas. Master the crispiest tempura.
