Ingredients:

• 4 Grand biscuits• 2 C. Chili• ½ C. Sour Cream

Directions:1. Make (4) 3 ½ inch balls of foil. Flatten

slightly. Place on baking sheet.2. Roll each biscuit into a 5 ½ inch circle. Place

each biscuit over each foil ball, shaping gently to fit around the foil. (Dough should not touch the baking sheet.

3. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Carefully remove bowls from foil.

4. While biscuits are baking, heat chili and make cheese sauce.Cooking Temp: 350°FCooking Time: 10-15 minutes

Ingredients for Cheese Sauce:

• 1 ½ t. Butter• 2 t. Flour• ½ C. Milk• 4 oz. Velveeta cheese - cubed

Directions for Cheese Sauce:

1. Melt butter on low heat in saucepan. Do not burn!!

2. Combine flour with butter in saucepan. Stirring w/wire whisk.

3. Add milk; stir with wire whisk until thickened.4. Add cheese; stir with wooden spoon, until

cheese is melted.5. Heat chili in saucepan, while biscuit bowls

are baking.6. Spoon ½ C. chili in bowl, add cheese sauce

and sour cream (optional)
