Those are real factors related to the PCB Cost,if you can’t provide these details at the first time, the fab house will ask you in the return email and wait for your explanation and go ahead to check the files after all are fixed up ,then calculate the final price and update to you, Well, it have been 1 day or 2 days passed by . Too slowly ! Be sure you are well informed the basic information you need to provide to Fab house when you ask a quote from them in a timely manner, Our checklist as below will help you : A part number( including version number) for your design for better tracking The quantity boards you required per batch. Is it EAU Qty in multiple batches or just 1 batch ? Board thickness (0.8mm,1.6mm,2.0mm or 3.2mm),1.6 mm is standard Surface finishes (HASL-lead free,HASL,OSP,immersion Tin, Silver,Gold etc) HASL-lead free is standard Color of solder mask and legend ( White,Green ,Black, Blue,Yellow, Red,etc) Green solder mask,and white legend is standard Copper weight on the inner layer if for High layer count PCB ( 0.5 oz,1 oz, or 2 oz),0.5 oz and 1 oz are all standard Finished Copper weight on the outlayer (1oz,2 oz,3 oz), 1oz is standard. Stack up structure for multi-layer PCB (Thickness of Core & PrePreg) Deadline for PCB Shipments ,we called it lead time ( Any Quickturn around orders will increase cost ) Will you boards need to be panelized or supplied in individual size ? If in panel,please indicate the PCB dimension and the panel in Mechanical drawing or accept the panel drawing made by Fab house Other special requirement on the board : Fill vias with no-conductive resin, Peelable solder mask, Test coupon and impedance control etc. Files for Bare boards manufacturing are : CAD, Gerber in RS-274X Format Contact your own sales or send any inquiry to :[email protected] to get your quote soon
