Whenyougetthe"AnotherPieceOfThePuzzle"quest(donotcomplete),youcangotoasecrethouseinNewHaven.Whenyouenterthehouse,youtakealiftdowntothebottom.Thereisoneregularweaponchestandaredweaponchest.Theredweaponchestalwayscontainsthe"Rider"gun,whichisareferencetotheRedRyderBBgunfromtheclassicmovieAChristmasStory.Itsstatsusuallyvaryslightlyeachtimeyougetone.Theweaponcanonlybefoundinthishouse.Theweapon'smanufactureris"Gearbox"(thegame'sdeveloper),asopposedtoanin-gamecompanysuchasDahl,Hyperion,etc.Note:WhenthislocationisusedwiththeothersinNewHavenforthe"Easylootandmoney"trick,youcangetalotoflootandmoneyquickly.

#HiddenrareweaponchestinRustCommonsWest

Gotothefarnorthwestcorner(onthemap)inRustCommonsWest.Findtherockwallwiththeguntowerontopofit.Standneartheleftsideoftheguntower.Then,crouchandstayagainsttherockwallasyoumovedowntherocks.Thewarningsignmayappear.Ignoreit,andtrytomoveasquicklyaspossible.Thechestisbasicallyinfrontoftheguntower,underalargerockoverhang.Theweaponschesthasahighchanceofspawningrareweapons.Note:Itmayrequireafewattemptstoreachthechest.Onceyougettheweapons,youeithermustkillyourselforexitthegamebecausethereisnowaytoleavethisareasafely.

#ExtraSDUBackpacks

Sometimesduringyoursecondplaythroughandbeyond,youwillgetanextraSDUBackpackafterrepairingaClaptrapevenafteryouhavereachedthe42maximumallowedslotsinyourinventory.Note:Thisisnotsupposedtohappen,andisaknownglitchinthegame.

#Extraitemspace

CreateasecondcharacterforuseinCo-opmode.Whenyouwanttostoreanitem,startaCo-opgamewithyourmaincharacterandsecondarycharacter.Transfertheitemsyouwanttostoretothesecondarycharacteruntilyouneedthem,then

#Criticalhits

ItisimportanttotrytogetcriticalhitsonenemiessoyoukillthemquickerandgetadditionalXP.Togetacriticalhitonahuman,shootitinthehead.Ifyouuseasniperrifle,itwillusuallykilltheminstantly.ForaSkag,shootitinthefacewhenitsmouthisopen.Thisvariesdependingonthetype.Forthepups,shootthemwhiletheyroaratyou.Foradults,quicklyshootthemwhiletheyjumpatyou.Forthespitters,shoottheirmouthswhiletheyfiretheirpoisonprojectileatyou.Criticalhitsareeasiestatcloserangewithashotgunorscattergun.
