The Creating Healthy Communities CoP covers 4 primary content areas related to providing resources supportive of the following goals:

1. Improving the Health of Vulnerable Populations 2. Developing Community Engagement and Leadership

Skills 3. Fostering Informed Health Policy Decisions 4. Advancing Healthy Community Environments

 • For those who are striving to create healthier environments

at the local level • A provider of information/assistance and as a referral agent

to other sources, points of expertise, and examples of effective community initiatives.

• A repository of resources that can lay the preliminary ground work for you and exhibit the “best” that exists in both knowledge and experience.

Once a question has been answered, it may be pushed from the AaE system to the FAQ system.

AaE system receives the public’s questions concerning their specific situations, and allows the expert to answer.

The FAQ system handles questions (and answers) that have been developed from literature or from AaE questions/answers that are deemed appropriate to be published to the public site as a FAQ.
