Karuturi Overseas Limited: One of the worlds largest Producers and Sellers ofCut Roses based out of India with operations in Kenya, Ethiopia, Dubai &Holland. We performed Due Diligence and Financial Feasibility exercise for thesame on bealf of Axis Bank, ICICI Bank & SSG Asia (Private Equity).
Completed Commercial Due Diligence of one of thelargest Logistics Company having its presence PanIndia.
Allcargo Logistics Limited & CCI Logistics Limited:Completed commercial due-diligence on behalf of CCILogistics Limited for merger of warehousing & CHAbusinesses of both the companies. Also assisted CCILogistics Ltd in their Due Diligence conducted byAllcargo.

Awash Wines: It was a due diligence project forbuyout of Awash Wines, a government owned winemanufacturing company by a private equity player, 8Miles based out of UK
Kaliti Foods: Completed Due Diligence for this biscuitmanufacturing company based out of Ethiopia forinvestment by a Private Equity firm.

Feasibility Assignments
Delta Paper Mills Ltd, Ghana: It was for a tissue papermanufacturing company and they wanted to do furtherexpansion basically into backward integration. Completedfinancial feasibility for the said expansion and presented them toa private equity player for the investments into the company
Karuturi Global Limited: One of the worlds largest Producersand Sellers of Cut Roses based out of India with operations inBangalore and Africa. We performed detailed Financial Feasibilityexercise for the same on behalf of Axis Bank, ICICI Bank & SSGAsia (Private Equity).
Bihar Project ( Similar to PPP Mode ): It was for a private enterprise in Bihar and theywanted detailed financial viability of a Shopping complex built across 2 acres of land.We completed technical and marketing aspects in addition to the financial aspects of thesame, making it a complete package for the client.

Abellon Clean Energy Pvt Ltd : One of the largestAhmedabad based group has tied hands with us fortheir project funding of their new company which hasits setup in Ghana. We were successful in arrangingfunds for them in Ghana .
Siddhartha Education : We helped this educationgroup to expand in various Tier 2 cities in India. Wewere successful in arranging debt for them at goodinterest rates in a month.

France Project: We have successfully completed improvement of systems andprocesses for a overseas bank. Our team helped them to find out the lacunae’s in theirsystems.
Nigeria Project: We helped the client to set up systems and processes as they wantedto expand to other Western African countries.
Malad Sahakari Bank Ltd: We are helping the bank to find out the revenue leakagesin their systems and processes. In addition to the above, we are also handling theirvetting and appraisal for the credit department.
Mavani Constructions: We helped this construction company in setting up accountsand finance systems, manuals and processes. We were the core members in settingup MIS processes across the group
Future Supply Chains: We are reviewing the contract for the external customerswith respect to revenue leakages. We are also reviewing and monitoring their major
