Throughout her time with us, Charlotte has a positive “can do” attitude and show great initiative while working closely with different members of the team on an array of projects. Given the virtual team environment, Charlotte also clearly demon-strated self- motivation and accountability in reporting back to the team on her work. Charlotte’s duties included administration of our e-commerce site, such as adding new products and imagery, social media support and reviewing & updating our customer database. Charlotte took the lead on building a profile of individual customers, mapping their tough points and purchase history, which underpinned a strategic review of our customer engagement. Charlotte’s experience working with adobe was also a great advantage while assisting with development of website graphics, her understanding of Photoshop and attention to detail allowed her to work alone confidently. In addition, Charlotte provided practical support at our Spring/Summer’ 16 photo shoot, showing a willingness to experience every aspect of the shoot from steaming clothes to set design to capturing the highlights of the day for social media. All of her work was carried out with good humour and a keenness to learn. Her confidence in coming up with creative and innovative ideas was also noted and well received.
