Global Tech & Resources (GTR)

Insurance Auto Auction: Salesforce Senior Administrator developing governance processes and best practices for four production Salesforce instances used by 8 business units. From business needs, my team develops epics

and user stories– testing in sandbox and in production against acceptance criteria. 2015.

Adar IT’s self implemented Salesforce and Pardot required optimization, appropriate integration, and best practice processes. As Lead Salesforce Consultant, managed development of SOW to review/analyze business

processes, Requirements Document, and a Solution Design Document. 2015.

Center for Companies that Care (CTC) required a tracking/evaluation system for their mentoring programs that pair company employees with children needing assistance in becoming college ready. 2014-2015.

CTC had previously implemented Salesforce, but not understood the data model and the result was not workable. Required creating an appropriate data model and moving existing org to new org.

I sold the project, ran the business process review, and managed development of the solution design.

GTR’s RPaaS– Recruiting Platform as a Service, a Salesforce AppExchange app developed by GTR. Developed its marketing and pre-sales strategy, including website creation, RPaaS.us.

Developed user stories based on customer demos and tested production for user acceptance.

Authentify (GTR subcontracted under RightPoint Consulting), a security firm providing two-factor authentication

systems to banks, needed a secure tool to report to those bank customers the successes and failures of those authentication sessions. GTR migrated an on premise solution to Salesforce.

We provided their customers access to their aggregate session data analytics through a Salesforce Customer

Community. This implementation required automation, including implementation of batch Apex, Visualforce

pages, Triggers and many other force.com prebuilt components. Security was a critical priority and getting the access controls right was critical to this project’s success.

GTR made it possible for Authentify’s customers to use the Customer Community, to post and update support

cases, and to add external customer users to the Customer Community. Conducted business process review and developed the high-level solution. Verified test results. 2014 – 2015.

Fusion Framework Management (AppExchange app) is one of the best solutions available for enterprise

customers needing to manage risk assessment and business continuity activities. This app produces many very

large documents that need to be managed. GTR built a unique document management security and management system based on Conga Document Generator.

Fusion was looking for a way to use Conga without each of their customer paying for a separate Fusion Risk

license. The solution, among other things, integrated Conga Workflow and Conga Conductor in such a way as

to reduce the more expensive Conga Composer Licenses. The solution required designing/building a Visualforce page User Interface to implement the solution.

I helped sell the project and was involved in the business process review. 2014.

Indiana Lakeshore Dunes Learning Center (DLC) is an environmental learning center with an over-night

campground serving Indiana and Illinois school districts with science curriculum for the middle grades. DLC required a school district contract and camper management system.

Sold project, managed planning, analysis, solution design, and training phases of the project. 2013

Columbia Colleges’ Chicago Center for Arts Partnership Convergence Research Project (CCAP) required a mobile solution for tracking the activities of 40 consultants in Chicago Public Schools for the purpose of

researching the effectiveness of an education model. 2013

GTR created a solution keeping costs low using Chatter Plus licenses with Salesforce1.

Sold project, ran the business process review, created the solution, and trained the trainer.

GTR’s Admin and Developer Certification Training for taking Salesforce certification exams. 2013-14.

Worked with GTR’s India support team to develop lecture materials.

Taught six forty-hour sessions. Classes dropped, after Salesforce started prompting Salesforce University.

Internal Projects at Current Employer: Global Tech & Resources (GTR)

Marketing and selling of GTR’s products and services– Blogs, Social Media, Webinars, Slideshares, Product

Demos, Messaging, Email Campaigns, Prospecting, and Finding Solutions for Prospects. 2013

Productized GTR’s small Salesforce implementation projects. Created website to support: CRMjourney.us. 2015.

Marketed packages to Chicago’s Salesforce Account Executives and sold to end customers. May 2015 –

Selected and developed GTR’s partner relationships. Rebuild www.gtr.net to feature partnerships. May 2015 –

Steelbrick CPQ, configure, price, and quote AppExchange app. GTR implements for their clients.
