Pantera®
speciaalschuimPantera® is speciaal ontwikkeld voor toepassing in hoogwaardige
comfortproducten zoals bedden en meubels die een lange
levensduur en veel comfort verdienen. Pantera scoort hoog op
alle belangrijke eigenschappen. Zo onderscheidt het schuim
zich in duurzaamheid, consistente kwaliteit en een hoge mate
van elasticiteit. De vormvastheid is zo goed dat wij er zelfs 7 jaar
volledige, en daarmee unieke, garantie op geven.
Vermindering van drukpunten
Pantera® beschikt niet alleen over optimale eigenschappen voor
vocht- en warmteregulatie, maar zorgt ook voor een vermindering
van het aantal drukpunten op het lichaam. Dit verbetert niet alleen
de comfortbeleving maar is ook van groot belang bij de preventie van
decubitus. Hiermee is Pantera® schuim niet voor niets nummer één
voor medische toepassingen.

Pantera®
Pantera® is speciaal ontwikkeld voor
toepassing in hoogwaardige comfortproducten zoals bedden en
meubels die een lange levensduur en perfect comfort verdienen.
Pantera® scoort al 20 jaar hoog op alle belangrijke eigenschappen.
Zo geeft Pantera® schuim maximale ondersteuning en is het
uiterst duurzaam en comfortabel. Pantera® schuimen hebben
een consistente celstructuur. Dit betekent dat ons schuim al zijn
eigenschappen behoudt, ongeacht of het schuim horizontaal of
verticaal verwerkt wordt.
De Types 1055 en 1085 worden veel gebruikt in toppers,
hoofdkussens en zachte rugkussens. Kwalitatief goede matrassen
en rugkussens worden veel uit de 2100 en 2130 gemaakt en de
wat hardere kwaliteiten 3150 en 3170 zijn uitermate geschikt voor
zitkussens en hardere matrassen.
Pantera Nautic™
Naast de eerder genoemde kenmerken en
uitmuntende resultaten van de Pantera®
schuimen heeft de Pantera Nautic™
nog een groot voordeel, het schuim
is behandeld met een antibacterieel
middel. Dit maakt onze Nautische variant
ongevoelig voor schimmels en huisstofmijt.
Daarnaast voldoet Pantera Nautic™ aan de strenge richtlijnen van
de IMO (International Maritime Organization). Dit gespecialiseerde
agentschap ziet erop toe dat de veiligheids- en milieueisen aan boord
worden nageleefd en geeft hier certifi ceringen voor af. Een belangrijk
onderdeel van de IMO-certifi cering is de FTP (Fire Test Procedures).
Hiermee wordt de brandbaarheid van oppervlakten getest volgens
de Marine Equipment Directive (MED).
Pantera® Bio schuimPantera® Bio heeft dezelfde eigenschappen als
de Pantera® maar is deels geproduceerd uit
hernieuwbare grondstoff en. Dit betekent dat de
Pantera® Bio een kleinere ecologische voetprint
heeft. Pantera® Bio is de eerste stap op weg naar
het bereiken van onze visie waarin we minder
afhankelijk zijn van de petrochemische industrie zonder afbreuk
te doen aan kwaliteit en comfort.
We werken hierbij samen met internationale partners om de mogelijk-
heden vanuit natuurlijke oliezaden van gewassen optimaal te benutten.
Pantera® beschikbaar in drie variantenPantera® is beschikbaar in drie product varianten; Pantera®,
Pantera® Bio welke gebruik maakt van hernieuwbare grondstoff en
en Pantera Nautic™, speciaal ontwikkeld voor toepassingen binnen
de maritieme sector. De hoge dichtheden en bijzondere celstructuur
van alle Pantera® schuimen zorgt voor unieke en hoogwaardige
materiaaleigenschappen. Ook voldoen alle Pantera® schuimen,
zonder extra toevoegingen, aan California 117-A&D en de FMVSS 302.
Daarnaast voldoen alle Pantera types aan de ökotex klasse 1 norm.
