To Whom It May Concern re Alison Blair I have known Alison since 2005. I have worked with her as our marketing manager on our Exec team and then for the last few years I have worked with her as the MD of her own company … Two Red Pens (Pty)Ltd. Alison is diligent & hard working and has a wonderful work ethic. She is creative & insightful & able to hatch successful marketing drives time and again! She is a highly competent marketing program manager and is able to put together and manage an annual marketing program … She is reliable and most certainly gets the job done! Alison has been the source of many of our most successful and long standing marketing programs that have enabled us to not only survive but to flourish in the midst of huge competition from the corporates in our field. Her most noteworthy accomplishment has been amongst others, the launch and successful implementation of our Loyal Card Program, our Win-A-Car annual Loyalty Program Drive and our “Once-a-week” drive to our Mom’s. She has enabled us to market directly to several niche markets that make up our business. We have recently transferred our marketing team into her company and look forward to a rejuvenated marketing program as we venture forth into this new era of social media, print & events marketing. I find it commendable that Alison will lay down her blossoming career and relocate to Johannesburg to give her son the best schooling that is available for him.
