The demographic data reveals following statistics about employees detail.1. There are 50 employees working in McDonalds Hanworth branch. Nine males and none of females capture the slot of age group under 20, 11 male and 3 female employees fall in age group of 21-30, 3 male and one female employees age range in group of 31-40, 8 male and no female belong to 41-50 age group, 8 male and 2 female employees find their place in age group 51-60 and 9 males and 2 females lie in age group 61 and above.2. Out of 50 employees, 42 male and 8 female are working in McDonalds Hanworth branch.3. 28 male and 4 female employees are married and 14 male and 4 females are unmarried.4. There are 1 male and 1female general manager, 7 male manager and no female manager, 5 male and 1 female assistant manager, 15 male and 3 female kitchen staff, 14 male and 3 female crew staff are working in McDonalds Hanworth branch. 5. There are 26 male and 6 female permanent employees whereas, 16 male and 2 female contract employees in McDonalds Hanworth branch.4.2 Satisfactory level of the employee on communication in organization
Table 4.2 describes that to what extent effectively McDonalds is communicating with their employees and how much communication is important
4.4 Conclusion Thus, the researcher has presented and done a brief analysis of the primary data collected in this research. The researcher understood the various aspects relating to the research from the interview analysis which were also supported by survey analysis. The repeated patterns that the researcher observed in the interview analysis were: the importance of good communication and leadership in an organizational culture, the inter relation between organizational culture and leadership and also the importance of maintaining good leadership and organizational culture for keeping the employees satisfied and enriching their performance
