Mixing Technology with proven benefits
n Statiflo motionless mixers offers many key benefits forcombining liquids, and gases. It is efficient, economical, and delivers precise, pre-determined results in a wide range of process operations, including mixing, blending, dispersion, emulsion formation, laminar-flow heat exchange, mass transfer, and as a ‘plug-flow’ inline chemical reactor.
n Static mixers are maintenance free devices. Set up and operating expenses are also cut to a minimum. As well as direct operating savings, Statiflo Motion-less Mixers deliver a high level of mixing efficien-cy, therefore the consumption of dosed chemicals and formation of byproducts can be dramatically reduced. Inline sampling can be performed immediately after the mixer – allowing any necessary adjustments to be made as quickly as possible – minimizing potential product wastage.

S’ Type Mixers
A range of standard design static mixers, pre-manufactured with flanged ends and one injection nozzle. Three or four elements are supplied depending on flow regime. Available in uPVC and stainless steel.
DSM Mixer The very latest techniques for design and modeling have been used to develop the Statiflo DesalMixer or DSM for turbulent flow dosing and blending applications in the pre-treatment and post-treatment stages of water treatment processes.
Removable Elements
When your application requires the frequent cleaning for whatever reason there might be, we offer removable elements with various element retention designs that will allow for removal and cleaning as required. Elements slide back in place when the mixer is returned to service. All Statiflo mixers are designed to meet your specific needs, and removable elements is just another method we offer to add the versatility you need.
Chemical Injection Lances
Statiflo offers chemical injection lances designed specifically for your application and our designs put the chemical into the main flow in the specific locations that will optimize mixture quality. STL-LP and STM-LP lances are for low pressure applications and offer uPVC construction throughout with a stainless steel isolation ball valve. STL-HP and STM-HP lances are for high pressure applications and offer uPVC construction with a stainless steel injection tube and isolation ball valve. All of our chemical injection lances are designed to be safely serviced while the mixer remains under pressure, eliminating the costly need to take the line down in order to service the injector. Highly corrosive chemical environments are no problem for Statiflo injection lances. Make the mixer system complete and add the chemical injection requirements your application requires with Statiflo injection lances.

The Statiflo GDS Inline Gas Dispersion SystemEvery STATIFLO GDS is custom engineered and built to meet specific performance requirements. The main components are:
Sidestream equipment comprises:n A centrifugal pump operating
at constant flowrate.
n An eductor, if gas is at low pressure.
n No moving parts, except forcentrifugal pump
n Sample points, valves, instrumentation, interconnecting pipework and stand-by equipment, as required.
The sidestream gas/liquid dispersing equipment can be compactly side mounted on the Contactor or alternatively skid or floor mounted, as appropriate to each site and customer.

• Raw water blending• pH control• Rapid coagulant addition• Polyelectrolyte dosing• Residence time control
Applications include:
Statiflo Channel Mixers can be installed in new treatment works or easily retrofitted into existing installations because of the extremely low headloss. The modular design concept, based on the STMC mixing element, allows wide variations in aspect ratio (height/ width) suitable for square or nearly square channel sections, narrow deep channels and wide shallow chan-nels. We have even designed Channel Mixers for circu-lar collectors around clarifiers for pH adjustment prior to chlorination. Independent trials have established that the STMC concept is the most efficient of all known commercially available static mixers, making it ideal for chemical dosing as a fundamental component of process control. It is indispensable before flow splits to ensure equal chemical distribution and balanced performance of parallel trains of treatment operations.
