Janet, enjoyed lunch.

Another topic I didn't think to bring up at lunch: we are going to be in the market for a couple of board members (we have some venture capital board members whose terms will end in the next couple of years). We have had great success with female executives and it would be great if we could identify some female board member candidates as well.

We've hired Heidrick to conduct our search, but if there are people you think we should consider, please let me know. Ideally we'd be looking for people with

operating and board experience with other public companies.
