1.Disposable linear staplers:

There are two types of the linear staplers manufactured by Haida–

semi-automatic and manually operated – so that requirements of all the users

are met.

Appropriate cartridges that can be used with linear staplers ensure

cost-effective, single patient use of the product.

Function and Application

Linear Stapler HS can be used to conduct anastomoses through firing into the

tissues two staggered rows of titanium staples instead of manual stitching. It

can reduce operative time and bleeding and provide ease of use.

This linear stapler is suitably used for incision anastomosis in alimentary canal

surgery such as stomach and enteron.

Configuration

Linear Stapler HS mainly consists of anvil closure assembly and staples firing

assembly. Turn the adjusting knob clockwise, drive the movable module to

slide in the two cradles by lead screw, freely adjust the height of staple

formation and the gap between the anvil and the end of movable module. The

adjusting results can be seen from the firing indicator window.

In order not to influence proper formation because of the movement of the

movable module, there is a position setting pin which can ensure movable

module to move properly. Furthermore, it allows repositioning of tissue within

instrument. A very large gap between the anvil and the end of movable module

is available. The anvil and the end of movable module can press to each other

tightly and parallelly so that the pressed tissues distribute very uniformly. This

stapler also has a safety to avoid firing mistakenly.

Precautions：

This stapler is sterilized by γ-ray and is supplied for clinical use in a sterilized

packing.

Be sure to check the packing of this product carefully before use. Stop using it

if the packing bursts.

This product is for ONE patient only, so it mustn’t be used again though

sterilized.

Make sure the product is within the period of validity (three years after

sterilized).It is strictly prohibited to use the product beyond the expiration date.

The sterilized products must be stored in a dry room with excellent ventilation

and without caustic gases.

3.Disposable hemorrhoids stapler

Function

Cut and anastomose prolapsed mucosa tissue around the anal canal and

rectum.

Step to use

Using three clamps to support three points where prolapsed mucosa is less

and ectropion mucosa is light, then lead the anal retractor and anal speculum

into anus.

The anal retractor and anal speculum in anus will recover the prolapsed

hemorrhoid or the mucosa of the anal canal. Remove the anal retractor to let

the prolapsed mucosa be in the anal speculum.

Feed the sutural piece through the anal speculum .The suture should be over

3-4 cm far from the dentate line adjusted according to the degree of prolapse.

By turning the sutural piece, the suture around the whole anal canal can be

finished.

Feed the anastomat to make the nail retainer come to the upper end of the

purse, then knot the suture on the central rod of the device.

With the aid of the barbed needle, pull out the tail end of the suture from the

line-drawn hole of the anastomat.

Draw the purse suture suitably to put the prolapsed mucosa into the cavity of

the head of the anastomat and close it. The red dial indication should entered

into the green zone and it is suggested to enter into the bottom of the green

zone. Open the safety, trigger and cut prolapsed mucosa in the cavity.

To help stop bleeding, keep the closed state of the anastomat for least 30

seconds after triggering. Turn out the anastomat counterclockwise gently for

2-3 turn, and return it back from the part of anal canal. And the operation is

finished.

Note

The suture should be over 4cm far from the dentate line. And the anastomatic

port should be over 2cm，because the low location will cause bleed after the

operation, while the high location cause unconspicuous effect. The lowest

position of sutured purse should under mucosa. If too shallow, it is easy to rive

the mucosa, and too deep, easy to hurt the sphincter.

The ligated line can’t be too tight, or it will affect pulling out the line-drawn.

After the operation, check the anastomotic port by means of the sutural piece.

If hemorrhagic spot is found, it should be sutured to stop bleeding

Circular Stapler HC can easily and conveniently anastomose lumen organs by

firing into the tissues of alimentary canal two staggered (interior and exterior)

rings of titanium staples and cutting off inside tissue with the circular blades

simultaneously.

This stapler is suitably used for end-to-end and end-to-side tissue

anastomoses in alimentary canal organs such as esophagus, stomach, entera

etc., especially at the low recta and high esophagus not suitable for hand work.

It also can be used in the circular cutting operation of hemorrhoids.

Configuration

Circular Stapler HC mainly consists of anvil closure assembly and staples

firing assembly. Turn the adjusting knob clockwise, bring the anvil to move

horizontally to the circular blade assembly by lead screw, adjust the gap

between them to a proper scale (1.0mm~2.5mm, it can be seen from the firing

indicator window), then open the safety, squeeze the firing handle with a firm

and steady pressure to fire and anastomose.

In order to guarantee blood supply of the anastomosed tissue, the stapler can

adjust the closure gap (ranging from 1.0mm to 2.5mm) according to the

thickness of the tissue to be anastomosed. In addition, in order to avoid firing

beyond the range set beforehand, the stapler has a safety and the safety can

be opened only when the gap is between 1.0mm and 2.5mm.

For the sake of security, this instrument is designed to complete stitching and

cutting at the same time. The circular blades will automatically cut off otiose

tissue when the instrument is fired and circular anastomosis will be formed.

DESCRIPTION

The ENDO LINEAR CUTTER STAPLER place two, triple-staggered rows of titanium

staples and simultaneously divides the tissue between the two, triple-staggered rows. The

size of the staples is determined by the selection of the 2.5 mm, 3.5 mm or 4.8 mm

STRAIGHT single cartridge The ENDO LINEAR CUTTER staplers will accommodate any

of the straight single use loading unit sizes that are available in the 30 mm, 45 mm and 60

mm lines.

When using the ENDO LINEAR CUTTER staplers with the 4.8 single use cartridge, it

must be inserted into a 15 mm trocar sleeve. The instrument may be reloaded and fired up

t0 25 times in a single procedure.

NOTE: This instrument can accommodate the 60-2.5, 3.5, 4.8 mm cartridges.
