• Parent feedback and input is always welcome
• In an effort to provide a positive experience for ALL in attendance at the SAC meetings we will be
implementing the following new procedure:
• If a Parent/Guardian would like to speak about or discuss a concern/issue with the SAC Advisory
or Admin Team, please add your name to the special sign in sheet upon arrival or at any point
throughout the meeting.
• Admin and the SAC Advisory will address them during the Open Forum/Open Agenda
• This will ensure that all presenters have an equal opportunity to provide relevant information for
the good of the group prior to individualized conversations with the presenter

Essential Targeted Small
Group Instruction
• K – 3 ELA Push-in Support during Essential Small Group Rotations every day
from 8:10 – 9:10am
• 4th & 5th Grade ELA push-in support during Essential Small Group Rotations twice
per week
• 6th - 8th Grade ELA push-in support during Essential Small Group Rotations once
per week; Intensive Reading Teacher & MS iTeam to push-in
• Intervention Block Groups based on NWEA Data with instructional focus
stemming from the NWEA Learning Continuum (iBlock)
• RTI Tier 3 Pull-out through the use of Title 1 Intervention Specialists (iTeam)
members (Monday – Thursday)
• K – 8 After School tutoring groups based on NWEA & FSA Data

• Interactive Notebooks to be used during iBlock instruction
• Clear expectations, procedures and schedules to be provided

provided by the iTeam based on NWEA RIT bands and sub-skills; must be added

Accountability
• Each LT member supports one grade level to conduct bi-weekly Instructional Audits
• Quarterly Admin Data Chats with Goal Setting & Action Planning
• Monthly Teacher-Student Data Chats with appropriate documentation via the student
PLPs; should be sent home quarterly for parent review and signature
• Feedback Friday's to allow Faculty & Staff to provide input and reflection on how
successful the week was. Utilizing 'Poll Everywhere' to capture genuine and immediate
feedback to the Admin Team for potential future/upcoming improvements
• Classroom Walk-throughs to be documented via Performix on bi-weekly rotation schedule
(Leadership Team members)
• Lesson planning support and feedback provided bi-weekly via the CRTs
• iLab (Elementary Reading/Math Special rotation) to monitor student use/mastery of
instructional software programs to report to Admin

as every Monday morning in the gym (3rd - 8th) and cafeteria ( K – 2nd) with Admin to lead.

• Curriculum Team to provide Cadre Teach-backs (2nd Monday of the month)
• CRTs will provide 30 minute PD sessions to present Curriculum Cadre topics to faculty (K-8
whole-group and/or small groups)
• Curriculum Team & PD Committee to create and implement the annual PD calendar
• PLC meetings for in-service points (during team meetings)
• Grade level teams will meet once per month during planning to review and discuss data as
aligned to the PLC structure)
• Professional Growth Committees to conduct PD Clinics (3rd Monday of the month)
• Various topics to be presented by the Professional Growth Committee members
• Key Initiatives Committee meetings (4th Monday of the month)
• All Faculty/staff will select one initiative committee to participate in monthly meeting to review
and discuss successes and areas of growth as they relate to Key Initiatives. Each committee
will be provided opportunities to provide suggestions for improvement to the Admin Team and
celebrate successes at the Faculty meetings
• Team Leader Meetings will include opportunities for Team Leads to discuss Key Initiatives and
progress monitoring check points.

• Opportunity for Parents to be actively engaged with on-campus committees
• Parents and Teachers work together collaboratively to facilitate improvement efforts
