So I walked along the path with Jesus

A follower I would be

He spoke of God’s love,

He spoke of God’s truth,

And the Good News set hearts free

Then after the darkest hour

When Jesus died on Calvary

The dark turned to light and death turned to life

He said, “I want you to lead with me”

So like Matthew we are called to follow

And like Matthew we are called to lead

Follow with love, let truth lead the way
