The Current ScenarioNaturally, you want more from life. You want to be

more, do more and have more.

So, you have invested in a money-making course, You’ve tried every diet in the book,

You have gone to every seminar that you can think of.

Yet… if there is an improvement, it’s typically minimal—not nearly enough to make a

substantial difference in life.

Page 3: Change Your Habits, Change Your Life

Do you keep getting the same results over and over after all of your efforts?

Why?What’s holding you

back?

Page 4: Change Your Habits, Change Your Life

It’s your Paradigm

Page 5: Change Your Habits, Change Your Life

What is a Paradigm?

A mental program in your subconscious with almost exclusive control over your habitual behavior.

Almost all of your behavior is habitual – the time you

get up in the morning, the way you eat, exercise, work, relax, how much money you make, and also

interact with others.

No matter how hard you try, it is difficult to earn more, do more and be more until you change the

mental program.

Page 6: Change Your Habits, Change Your Life

How is the paradigm formed?

• Through our genetic and environmental conditioning.

• As a child, whatever happened around you went right into your subconscious mind because you had no ability to reject anything. Any ideas that you were exposed to over and over again were like seeds

being planted in fertile soil.

• We’re not taught about paradigms in school. So here we are years later living the same way we were

programmed as little kids.

What Is Your Current Paradigm?

The best way to identify is by looking at your current results. Ask yourself:

• What’s the most money I have ever made in a year?

• Are you living the way I really want to live? If not, why not?

Page 8: Change Your Habits, Change Your Life

• Does my day begin with purpose and gratitude?• Do I move through your day with laser focus or

am I easily distracted, unable to finish anything?

Answering these and similar questions will help you zero in on your paradigm, and identify

what’s controlling the results you are getting in your life.

The good news: if you’re not happy with your results, and you’d like to do better, you

can do something about it.

So How Do I Change My Paradigm?

Page 10: Change Your Habits, Change Your Life

There are 2 ways to change:

#1. Emotional impactWhen something hits you so hard that your life will never be the same. It’s

usually of a negative nature, but it can also be something that is positive.

Page 11: Change Your Habits, Change Your Life

#2. Change the paradigm in the same manner it was formed—through

repetition of ideas.

By exposing yourself to a new idea over and over again with the goal of

replacing an old belief(s) that is in your subconscious mind.

Page 12: Change Your Habits, Change Your Life

Here’s how to to get started…

1. Consciously choose a new belief that is aligned with the results you want and the

habits that will lead you to those results.

• Example: My family grew up poor. In life, you must sweat to make a living, and it’s in my DNA to be

unsuccessful and live in this condition.

SWITCH: I am so happy and grateful now I see the opportunity to start with what I have, with where I am to grow. As I am a spiritual being, I create my life, and I am

evolving to become a successful person in life!

2. Impress that idea—by focusing on it, visualizing it and

repeating it with feeling—on your subconscious mind repetitively.

• Example: Visualize having enthusiastic clients who are grateful for your service sending you an email transfer with your

desired income as well as a referral.

Page 14: Change Your Habits, Change Your Life

3. You must also consciously and deliberately replace “bad” habits with

good habits. Otherwise, you might form another bad habit to take the old habit’s

place.

• Example: If you are increasing your vitality, a “bad” habit may be smoking cigarettes. Affirm

to yourself of your new positive habit, and replace the craving with a new, positive reward.

Tip: If you are truly wanting to change your life, it is important to be around

people with a similar mindset.
