If your stakeholders don't see the point of change
they won't change!
![Page 3: Change Management](https://reader035.fdocuments.us/reader035/viewer/2022070303/54b5dbb34a795927118b45cd/html5/thumbnails/3.jpg)
•Can’t we just keep it the way it is?
•What will happen if we don’t change?
•Who will be impacted by the change?
•How will the change impact me?
•When will the change take place?
•How long will the change process last?
The world is changing, and we need to change with it.
What is the point of change?
![Page 4: Change Management](https://reader035.fdocuments.us/reader035/viewer/2022070303/54b5dbb34a795927118b45cd/html5/thumbnails/4.jpg)
1. Originators - designers of old system/process
2. Affected - those who need to do the change
3. Leaders – change initiators
3 Key Stakeholders
![Page 5: Change Management](https://reader035.fdocuments.us/reader035/viewer/2022070303/54b5dbb34a795927118b45cd/html5/thumbnails/5.jpg)
• The originators or the people that designed/implemented the current state
• There will be a perception that they must have been wrong
• Highlight the successes realized by the current system
• How has the world changed from when the previous system was implemented
• What changes have made the current system redundant?
1. Originators
![Page 6: Change Management](https://reader035.fdocuments.us/reader035/viewer/2022070303/54b5dbb34a795927118b45cd/html5/thumbnails/6.jpg)
• Change interferes with autonomy
• They may need to learn new skills
• They may have to work harder
• They will more than likely make mistakes
• Fear of the unknown
• Phased in approach is better for everyone
2. Those affected
![Page 7: Change Management](https://reader035.fdocuments.us/reader035/viewer/2022070303/54b5dbb34a795927118b45cd/html5/thumbnails/7.jpg)
• Invite others into the planning, giving them ownership.
• Share hints of what might be coming and seek input.
• Create certainty of process, with clear, simple steps and timetables.
• Wherever possible keep things familiar. Remain focused on the important things
• Reward and recognize participants — and their families, too, who often make unseen sacrifices.
3. The Leaders
