“I’mhonored tohavehad theopportunity tohelpdirect over $6million in investmentinto downtown Livermore Falls in the past 3 years. My two projects in LivermoreFalls, Androscoggin Valley Medical Arts Center and the Lamb Block, have bothbenefited from the convergence of factors that lead to a successful development:a viable end user, the right piece of property, and availability of financing, to namesome of the most important. But the community support and spirit I found duringthe first project is really why I made the decision to do the second. I feel welcomed, like I am really making a difference in helping the downtown reach critical mass; it’sgreat to be in on the ground floor of something special.”
