Project Status : Call For Action
Project Name : World Leader Contribution for Education (WARRED)
Team Leader : Mardhatilla Amalia and Alia Noor Anoviar
Impact : Touch Every Segment of LOW MIDDLE Class Children and Disability in blindchildren with the range of age from 4 – 12 years old for the effort to increase theirFuture Development.
Number of people in team : 8 people of project commitee and 25 voluntaryexchange participants from 10 countries in ASEAN.
Voluntary hour : 7 hours per day from Sunday until Thursday so the total hour is 245hours in one period.
Number of youth impacted : 250 children per period.
Period of project : 7 weeks (1,5 month), continous.

Worshop Opening Event
Main Target Children in the age 4-12 years old (Golden Age).
Criteria of children : Poor and disabiility in the term of blind.
This social program give the opportunity to exhange participants (Eps)from another countries to participate give a learning to the main target.
Why we choose them? To prepare Indonesia’s next generation of leaders for the real world so they will haveboth the hard and soft skills needed to compete in the global competition ofhuman resources, not only for normal and poor children but also for blind (disability)and poor children.We choose disability in blind children because they are majority of disability inIndonesia (In Indonesia becomes the major disability reached 1.749.981).To develop a creative and global mindset for the underpriveledged, youngerchildren in a fun and engaging teaching system.Introduce Indonesia, especially the culture, to Exchange Participants.

DIRECT Encourage the children’s leadershippotential. Define their role in the community. Determine the appropriateexpectations for their future Teach how to achieve them so thatthey are more focused in theirpassion. Affect their life, perspective, anddevelop themself to help find.
INDIRECTTriggering self-awareness of childrenand young people so that they may feelcompelled from within themselves tocome forward and work for yourself andthe nation in the future where theywere expected to be a leader.Create social responsibility inenvironment to the children and createintelectual responsibility to EPs.
Is WARRED Innovative Social Project?STEP• 1st Stage : The Goal of WARRED just to educate poor
children.• 2nd Stage : Wider Impact of WARRED being the next
goal, not only educate poor children but also eduacte poorand disability in blind children.
WARRED is an innovative social project, although it may besimiliar with the other program in the world. We try tomake a comprehensive curriculum.
WARRED is a relevant and an effective social project to beimplemented.
