All those skills and knowledge should be ensured by the education system but they

O The best education system like Scandinavian is very effective but too expensive to be implemented in our country and countries in region

O Knowledge is the only thing that can not be taken away from any person

O We need cheap, effective and fast changes in education system

Our impact plan is devided into the three stages.

Every of those stages are uniqe because of the age and comprehension level.

O Make educational campaigns in all impact stages which should promote knowledge as the one of the most important things in our life

O Upgrade school competitions on whole new level in order to make our collages more self motivated

O Encourage professors to do more with their students and to reduce the communication gap between student and professor

O Development of communication skills trough the day routine during the special public speaking time in class

O Creating more interesting team projects which will help in developing creatievness and practical use of knowledge in life

O The number of unemployment young people has been accumulated for years so it is hard to resolve this big problem in short period

O The first affects of impact plan will be tangible in few years but the prediction of main results are expected in five years
