I chose to go down a different rout to your conventional music magazine. I wanted to explore the different ways I could represent the artist. From all the magazines that we had seen is class they show the artist holding guitars and wearing headphones; things that you would expect to see in this type of magazine. However, if my magazine was real then I would expect the audience would know what this magazine was and therefore I would not to present my magazine in the stereotypical way as I felt this would be unnecessary.

My pictures are more about showing the artists personality and what they may get up to besides performing and making songs. This magazine is a way to get an idea of what these artist may like to do in there spare time as this would build personal relationships between the artist and their fans

Mast Head

The mast heads is the magazines made and is normally found at the to of the cover of the magazine . This is one of the magazines main attractions and it is a way to draw in audiences. additionally, from the mast head you can normally tell what types of people are going to buy this magazine and their possible interests.For example you wouldn't think my magazine was for men aged 30 who like fishing and cars. From looking at the colours used you can tell that my magazines main target audience if teen girls.

My main inspiration of my music magazine were the following :

I wanted to keep the my magazine front cover very minimal is I didn’t want all the text to take away from the main image and also I didn’t want it to become a cheesy magazine because in my eyes something like that could make me lose some people interest. So i think the ting that lures the audience into my magazine is the use of bold clashing colouring as well as having the artist on the front cover.
