CSG Playgroup Newsletter May 6th 2019 This week at playgroup Dear Parents and Carers It was great to be back with the children this week and we enjoyed getting back into the playgroup routine! We had lots of fun as always exploring new things, singing lots of songs and talking about our families. We have Sophie and Parker joining us this week, I am sure you will make them welcome. We also have Siobhan a level 3 early years practioner joining us after half term. Siobhan is going to be a great edition to the team and is already liaising with us about starting and she is very excited! Siobhan is currently a nanny in Chorleywood and works at the JK breakfast and after school club. We will hear more from Siobhan after half term. You will have received an email from us and public health regarding the vaccination of all children attending playgroup Mon-Thurs as stated in the letter this is a precaution and to avoid further spreading of Hepatitis A. You may be aware that the school are also receiving vaccinations next week. If you have any concerns then please speak to us. We have been working closely with public health England and environmental health who are both very happy with our procedures and risk assessments. REMINDERS As the weather warms up please remember to put sun cream on your children before they arrive, we will top up during the day when necessary. Please label sun cream and put it in your child’s bag. Children will also need to have sun hats, please make sure this are also named. Please remember to return your forms for September hours, we already have a waiting list of 13! A reminder that spaces for Woodland Warriors very limited now the weather is warming up and we have new children starting after Easter, therefore on the day bookings will not be able to be taken – you must book before MIDDAY ON WEDNESDAY. Cake donations for our refreshments/afternoon tea please if you are a keen baker please let us know and cakes can be brought to us on the morning of the event during set up with starts at 9:30!
The list of jobs will be at playgroup Tuesday please double check your time and stall. The team behind the event have done all the work before you just need to turn up and be the face of the stall!
