LorAnnOils.com 800-862-8620 INSTRUCTIONS INGREDIENTS Cheshire Cat Chewy Chai Tea Bars 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder ¼ tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt 11 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted 1 ½ cups brown sugar 2 large eggs 1 tsp LorAnn Oils Super-Strength Chai Tea Flavor 1 tsp any LorAnn Oils vanilla extract Topping: 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted ¼ cup granulated sugar ¼ tsp LorAnn Oils Super-Strength Chai Tea flavor 1. Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C). Line an 8”x8” pan with foil or parchment paper. 2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, LorAnn Oils Chai Tea Flavor, and LorAnn Oils vanilla extract. 4. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry until mixed well and no streaks of flour remain. 5. Spread the batter into the prepared pan, and bake for 25–30 minutes. Test the bars after 25 minutes—they should be browned, but still soft in the center. Crumbs sticking to the toothpick are okay. 6. To make the topping, melt the butter and stir in the granulated sugar and LorAnn Oils Chai Tea Flavor. Spread over top while bars are still warm. 7. Let cool before slicing.
