Offering everything from morning breakfast baskets to full event planning, our catering professionals will assist you in selecting one of our special options or design an original custom menu tailored to your specific needs, and take care of all the details to make your next event memorable.
Chadron State College catering services has achieved the reputation of being one of the premiere catering services in this region. We continue our tradition by offering only the freshest ingredients and creative menus, on and off campus. We are privileged to extend our services to the rest of the community.
As you plan your next fund-raiser, social event, cocktail party, wedding, holiday party, business event, or other event of any size, consider Chadron State College catering services.

Welcome
General InformationChadron State College is pleased to present to you our Catering Guide. To place a catering order, please call the Conferencing Office at 308-432-6380 or stop by the Conferencing Office, which is located in the Student Center.
Chadron State College Dining Service recommends that food order be placed a minimum of five (5) business days in advance for all catered events. A guaranteed count of the people expected to attend is required five (5) business days prior to the catered event.
Cancellations
In the event of a service cancellation, the event will be changed for food and labor costs already incurred at the time of cancellation.
Guarantee and Minimums:
Events are billed on the basis of a guaranteed number. A five percent (5%) leeway is allowed (Example: Chadron State College Dining Service will prepare for 105 on a 100 guarantee, but if the number is fewer than 95, you will be charged for 95). If the guarantee count varies significantly from the estimate given, you may be responsible for expense incurred unless prior arrangements have been made.
Overrun Charges:
Catering staff will be available for a maximum of two hours at an event. If your event requires staff time to excess of two hours please make arrangements with Conferencing, so additional charges can be assessed for the additional staff time.
Delivery Fees:
Delivery fees are charged for items delivered outside the Student Center:
$5.25 – On-campus catering$35.00 – Off-campus catering
Alcohol Policy:
The use of alcohol on campus is limited and requires special permission by the President’s Office. The standard fee is $50.00 per event and will be assessed. Additional guidelines will be provided by the Chadron State College President’s Office and the Chadron State College Conferencing Office.
