M.H.Erickson and Kay Thompson

Kay Thompson was Erickons student for 40 years.

She is the first female president of ASCH,

winning on a write-in ballot in 1972.

She played a key role in moving ASCH from a group dependent

on M.H. Erickson to a professional society standing on its own

merits and going in its own direction.
