Bosch adapted the compact transport and grouping unit and the Sigpack KG3 cartoning platform based on a modular principle which can be tailored to product specific requirements. According to your needs, sachets are counted and presented in the correct alignment. A broad

Stick Pack Systems. Highest output with a small layout.

With the global market for stick packs on the rise, applications are wide-ranging. Pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, health care or food products – all are packaged in the economic stick pack. Due to its shape and geometry, the stick pack is particularly advantageous when emptying small quantities. The requirements for stick pack systems are various: exact dosing, tight and reliable seals and secure handling throughout the entire packaging process are vital parameters for efficient installation. A long tradition of know-how and experience combined with the latest developments

in sealing technology, dosing and handling allows Bosch to offer system solutions to satisfy the highest demands: gentle filling at cycle rates of up to 100 per minute and lane guarantee performances of up to 1,000 stick packs per minute. The aligned cartoning of stick packs in one or two layers is not only visually attractive – due to its compactness, it also saves valuable resources in production, transport and storage. The system allows alignment on pile, or on edge. For high production

counts, stick packs are cartoned randomly, by means of integrated side loading or highly flexible top loading solutions.
