This portfolio has been structured into 3 SBUs - Power Systems, IndustrialSystems and Consumer Products.

CG worldwide:

CG established its international manufacturing footprint in the year 2005 by acquisition of the Belgiumbased Pauwels Group which gave CG additional manufacturing facilities for Power and Distributiontransformers at Belgium, Ireland, USA, Canada and Indonesia. In its quest to enhance its technologyedge, increase its global market reach and expand the product portfolio, CG followed this up with a series

of successful acquisitions - Ganz, Hungary in 2006; Microsol, Ireland in 2007; Sonomatra, France in2008; MSE, USA in 2008; PTS, UK in 2010; 3 businesses of Nelco, India, in 2010; CG Drives &Automation, Sweden, in 2011 and QEI, USA, in 2011. The business domains of the new companies that

Low Voltage Motors:CG has an exemplary facility with an established manufacturing range of low voltage motors. All theManufacturing units are well supported by robust infrastructure. With world class infrastructure, weAre satisfactorily meeting the clients expectations. We have employed the most sophisticatedand inclusive range of equipment and machineries to carry out the bulk or customized order in mosthassle free and timely manner. Our core competencies lie in our manufacturing facility conforming tothe international quality standards, we are continually working on improving our products so that wecan provide quality to our customers.For better reliability of windings, we are using automated coil formation & insertion machine. The windingsAre impregnated in VPI Plant. All the motors manufactured undergo rigorous testing at a computerized testPlant. Low voltage AC motors range cast iron and aluminum motors confirming to IEC and NEMA MG1Standards
