    Quelques axes de rflexions ou de discussion:

    Croire que lon peut transformer le front office sans transformer en amont le back office -> les interactions et les transactions augmentent ainsi que les risques de dysfonctionnement. (processus, technologies, comptences)

    Croire que lon peut faire lconomie dun nouveau modle financier -> la transformation implique un investissement et donc potentiellement une croissance limite ou une baisse du rsultat pendant une priode plus ou moins courte et demande une stratgie financire adhoc.

    Croire que lon peut dlguer la transformation -> il ny a pas de stratgie digitale mais une stratgie pour un monde digital et donc la DG doit penser digital au plus haut niveau

    Croire quil suffit de copier les modles qui fonctionnent pour russir -> il faut sinspirer et copier la mthode et pas le rsultat pour prendre en compte chaque contexte
