CFX is a CFD code so you are correct, it is a bit light-on for electromagnetics examples. Your best bet would be to contact ANSYS support as they will havesome examples of it to start you off.

usually you don't need to write boudary file, OpenFoam will generate it when you do application to generate the mesh. But you can a lso write your own...
