This course includes three full days of classroom instruction, and one optional day to sit for the CPC® examination. Students will also receive two AAPC course books and a free online AAPC practice examination, included in the cost of the course.

Successful achievement of the CPC® credential requires a strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy as well as medical coding. This course will benefit the student who has a minimum of one year medical coding experience.

CPC testing is OPTIONAL. Students who do not sit for the CPC® exam on the fourth day will have a reduced cost of the course. Students are responsible for providing their own current year CPT, HCPCS and ICD-9 books.
