AMBER  is  without doubt, the Molecular Dynamics software most usednowdays. LinuxVixion, S.L., has a colaboration agreement with  AMBER,

developers,   being   the  only   Spanish   Company  providing  AMBERCERTIFIED SYSTEMS    based on the use of  GPU's  Cards. That means weconfigure   and   execute   the   exclusive   tests   to   warranty   the   correctperformance of the GPU's Cards to be uses as a true SupercomputerDesktop.
