Our inspection service is usually tailored to suit the specificneeds of each client, for instance some items included forinspection for villas will not be required for a tower block,and vice versa, so there is no standard cost schedule thatwe publish for our services. Prices are calculated on anindividual basis, taking into account such things as floorarea, number of bathrooms, swimming pool etc. Forcorporate clients we also offer on-site inspectors, chargedout at a daily rate, building audits covering key buildingelements and systems, charged at an hourly rate, and'whole-site' discounts schemes.
