certification data to EPA.

Combines the requirements of:– 40 CFR Part 171.7 - Submission and

approval of State plans for certification of commercial and private applicators of restricted use pesticides

– EPA Form 5700-33H - Accomplishments Report for Applicator Certification

Provide a mechanism for capturing certification and training efforts that go beyond federal requirements.
