Rcfcrences: W91 GDW-07-R-2004 - Iraq - Multiple Award Construction Contract (I-MACC)

1. I am plcased to announcc your selection for award ofthe subject contract. Your company is one of six compnies selected for this multiple award, Indefinite Delivery indefinite Quantity contract. As an "awardee" of this contract, you will have the opportunity to compete amongst thc other five I-MACC contractors for future construction projects awarded undm this contract.

2. As part ofthe I-MACC solicitation process, five seed project.. were available for all firms to submit proposals on as part of the award evaluation process. At this time, two seed projects will be awarded immediately: Bucca Waste Water Treatment Plant and Ramadi TIFRIC. Thcse two projects were. selccted for award to the finn(s) offcring the best value based on an evaluation of all non-price and price factors in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in Section M ofthe solicitation package. The Union 111 2,200 Man-Camp project will not be awarded, since funding is not available for this project at thc present time. 'I'he Taji 1'11:RIC project will not be awarded at this time since the project scope has changed due to land issues at the installation. However, a revised statement of work (SOW) has been created to incorporate the new scope of work and within 24 hours, you will receive a request for a new proposal on this project under the Fair Opportunities process. The Bucca Water Treatment project will not be awarded at this timc since minor informalities were recognized in the original SOW. Again, within 24 hours, you will receive a request for a new proposal on this project under the Fair Opportunities pmccss.
