REFUNDSAll ticket sales are final. There are no refunds on tickets unless a performance is canceled and not replaced. Refunds are made only to the original purchaser. All performers, programs, and seating configurations are subject to change without prior notice. No refunds will be offered on previously purchased tickets if a promotional price is offered at a later date. Refunds for tickets to a canceled Broadway Performance Partner show will be funded and provided by 3-D Theatricals and processed through the CCPA Ticket Office.

TAX-DEDUCTIBLE TICKET DONATIONSIf you are unable to attend a performance, your tickets may be donated to the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts (CCPA) as a tax-deductible contribution. Tickets must be returned to the Ticket Office two hours in advance of the performance, enabling the CCPA to make your seats available for resale. Tax-deductible contribution acknowledgments will go to the original purchaser.

EXCHANGESBeginning this season, exchange privileges are available for all shows, with the exception of Performance Partner programs. There is a $6-per-ticket service charge for exchanges. Tickets must be returned no later than two hours prior to the performance. You may select a new event within the current season or receive a gift certificate. In order to process the exchange, we need to have the tickets in hand. All exchanges must be done by the original purchaser. For Broadway Performance Partner show exchanges, subscribers and single ticket buyers may select a new performance date and time within the series, subject to the service charge and seating availability.

Personal checks are not accepted for ticket purchases on the day of the performance. Personal checks must be pre-imprinted with the account holder’s name and address. Should the Ticket Office need to process a refund for an order overpayment by personal check, a City of Cerritos check will be issued and mailed under separate cover. Refunds on overpayment take 10 to 15 business days to process.

Ticket requests made within 10 days of the event will be held at the Ticket Office for Will Call pickup. You must present a photo ID and the credit card used in order to pick up your tickets.
