3. Delivery Terms: Carriage and packing is paid for all orders over £300.00 per individual destination.

4. Small Order Charge: All orders or less than £300.00 will incur a carriage charge of £12.00

5. Payment: Nett 30 days commencing from the date of goods received.

6. Claims procedure: It is important that you inform us in writing of any loss or damage in transit within the

periods as follows:

a) For damage, within 5 days of receipt Ceramic Design

b) For loss of goods, within 21 days of despatch (invoice date to be despatch date)

Claims will not be considered by the Company if you fail to notify damage in writing within the period indicated and

will not therefore, be held resposible for any loss incured.

7. Ownership: The goods delivered remain the sole property of the Company until full payment is received.
