During the highly successful edition of the Supply Chain & Logistics Symposium (LogiSYM 2014) earlier this year, participants identified a need to promote the knowledge & benefits of Supply Chain Management within the Senior management of SMEs. The aim of this series is to make senior decision makers and CEOs within organisations aware of the opportunities for profit maximisation through leveraging of value within their supply chains, creating a more balanced business model that allows for growth. Starting September 2014, we are launching a fourpart Series CEO Programme that will discuss four key topics in effective Supply Chain Management.
