Bio - Professor Pedro Sebastião Teta• Pedro Sebastião Teta was born in April 28th of 1959 in Nzeto, Angola
• Has a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Computer and Control Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest
• Has a PHD from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest in the Field of Intelligent Control using Artificial Intelligence Techniques
• Has an extended educational and academic career, having been Visiting Professor at Berkeley and Stanford University
• Full Professor at Agostinho Neto University- Luanda Angola
• From 1997 until 2008 he was Vice-Minister for Science and Technology
• Acted has a Chairman and Vice- Chairman of the Commission for Science and Technology of the United Nations 2001-2005
• From 2008 until 2010 was appointed to the post of Vice-Minister of Telecommunications and Information Technologies, actually Secretary of State of Information Technology.
• Since 2010 he is also the Coordinator of the Executive Committee of Media Library Network - REMA
